Rest Days Are a Waste?

Do you think rest days are a waste of time? When you stretch ligaments in your legs for example, I don’t think you need any rest days, unless you do isometric contractions with the stretches.

Your leg is composed of muscle and bone. The only muscle you have in your cock is “smooth” muscle tissue and that isn’t even muscle in the sense of the term referred to in other limbs and body areas.

Give it a rest, for one day or two a week. Your erections will be firmer and your gains will take less time, overall, imo.

My best PE days by far are the day after a rest day. Now that is for my mainly jelq routine. If you are just doing a stretch routine, it may be something different.

When I was doing my pump routine, rest days were also a much needed part of my routine.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

OK, rest days suit me just fine :)

Some shaolin monks stretch their ligaments to become ‘double jointed’. They start when young. I wonder how much daily time and repetition they use.
