Rest days and stretching

I’ve been thinking about whether it would be okay to do stretches during rest days or not. I am fairly new to PE and I would like to speed up the process as much as possible so I’ve been wondering, would it help speed up penis enlargement, or be a hindrance?

“Do not” do a full routine of stretches on an off day. This could be a hindrance to gains, toughening your penis up. A few stretches in the shower or when you take a piss on the other hand, don’t hurt at all. At least they haven’t for me and many others here.

I would suggest to keep your rest days as complete rest days.

Like no exercise at all unless sex comes up (which can be hard to resist) lol

I say try it both ways and see. Everyone’s body responds differently, and the routines will change up over the years. As with the gym, try it one way, see if that works, and adjust as needed, and as your body adjusts.

I rest when I feel like resting, stretch when I feel like stretching. Listen to the body, or PI (Physiological Indicators) such as EQ (Erection Quality) and whether your penis/ligs are sore.

1- if your new to PE then rest days are rest day end of story.

2- and this is a BIG one there is no speeding up the process.
