Rest Days and EQ
Yesterday was my first rest day of my routine (I decided to go with 2 days on, 1 day off), and it was a little discouraging. The two days before my night wood, morning wood, and all day wood for that matter were great. Except after a day off, no night wood, no morning wood. I did manage to get an erection this morning (self-initiated) and it was pathetic (I usually have a good sized head, but it still felt flaccid. I don’t quite understand how this happens, maybe it should be another thread. To me, it’s the sign of a wimpy erection.). It wasn’t even that hard and went away in a few seconds. Talk about a terrible feeling.
Anyway, this goes against my previous thoughts, but I still believe strongly in a thread by miltonic24. The basic idea of the thread is that the penis needs to recover before it can grow again, so any work done before the penis has fully recovered from the last PE session is just impeding recovery and slowing growth. This makes a lot of sense to me because the rebuilding of the tissue of the penis is what causes it to grow. I had planned on changing my routine to 1 day on, 1 day off to allow maximum recovery, but I’m having second thoughts based on my own experience.
