Well, it’s odd because hanging is becoming second nature to me. Today is an off-day and it’s weird because *not* hanging throws off my routine! I keep thinking, OK when do I get that afternoon hang time in? Then I remember, OFFDAY! Drives me nuts.
In reality, just before my offday comes up I am looking forward to it. Now that I am in the middle of an offday, I feel the need to hit the weights (mentally). Ridiculous.
I am going to make it a point to completely take the day off from all things PE, even the board. I checked in today because of all the crap that you know is occuring, just to stay in touch. But I want my offdays to be totally restful and non-PE.
Well, let me know if you ever try that radical hang routine.
