I have tried PE multiple times and have failed every time. I tried to take it on a new approach this past month, and although I doubt I have gained anything(not expected to its only been a month) I feel like my cock is finally on the track to get bigger. I wake up everyday with a hard on, I get hard very easily now, and my cock seems to fill my hand more. It just feel fuller. Once again I am following the routine for the first three months now, which I did before, but I think I found my problem from before. I think my pressure was too high. I’ve noticed that now since I don’t apply a lot of pressure (almost gliding over each stroke with a little grip), I am having better than before when I tried it. Other than that I have done nothing different.

Now I would like to ask some of the experienced gainers or veterans, is it recommended to stretch on days off? I’m on a two on one off routine, but am curious about on my off days have a nice 10 to 20 min stretch routine. I don’t know if it is necessary, but if it would help I would like some reviews on it. Thanks a lot guys.

I believe with stretching, the more often you can “remind” your penis that it should be growing, the quicker it learns… so to speak.

As long as you don’t see any negative PI’s, a mild stretching routine on your off days should be fine. Your body will let you know if you are overdoing it.

It sounds like you have improved your jelqing technique dramatically so congratulations on that.

I think light piss pulls are OK on a day off after the first consistent month of doing the newbie routine. Don’t think of them as PE, think of them as ‘active recovery’ :)
