Rest day conditioning
I have tried PE multiple times and have failed every time. I tried to take it on a new approach this past month, and although I doubt I have gained anything(not expected to its only been a month) I feel like my cock is finally on the track to get bigger. I wake up everyday with a hard on, I get hard very easily now, and my cock seems to fill my hand more. It just feel fuller. Once again I am following the routine for the first three months now, which I did before, but I think I found my problem from before. I think my pressure was too high. I’ve noticed that now since I don’t apply a lot of pressure (almost gliding over each stroke with a little grip), I am having better than before when I tried it. Other than that I have done nothing different.
Now I would like to ask some of the experienced gainers or veterans, is it recommended to stretch on days off? I’m on a two on one off routine, but am curious about on my off days have a nice 10 to 20 min stretch routine. I don’t know if it is necessary, but if it would help I would like some reviews on it.
