I just wanted to thank those Senior members that contribute so much advice and
Wisdom to us.
I started PE Jan.1/ 2007, after a 3 year absence, and am impressed with my gains so far. I have already
Increased 0.25” erect length and girth and 0.5” flaccid length in three weeks with the newbie routine
For the first week and modified for the last 2 weeks. I am happy, my g/f is happy,
We are all happy..
Anyway, I find that taking l-arginine is helping with the tissue healing along with the wraps. My erections
Are rock hard, kegeling really helps, I go for 500 per day, adding in some 20-30 second squeezes as well, till you can’t hold it anymore.

So, thanks all, I look forward to growing with you, hopefully being able to help others along the way.

Hey Dragon, what dosage of L-arginine are you taking, and when?

I doubt that L-Arginine is helping with any healing, but couple with Kegel regimen you are describing it’s no wonder you are rock hard.

I read somewhere that l-arginine as an amino acid help rebuild tissues. Maybe I am mistaken but I was pretty sure. I am taking 1000mg. In morning and 1000mg. Before bed.

Maybe I am so insistent about the hot wraps before and after that injury is avoided.

L’arginine after a while of taking it can help erections, but I’ve never heard of that helping with P enlargement.

Well, thanks for sharing your success with us. It is possible that the increase in blood flow/blood pressure in your penis caused the gain in size. The kegels combined with the arginine could have done this for you. I’m not suggesting that the arginine kegel combination enlarged your tissues necessarily, but rather fully inflated your penis. The PE routine may have also enlarged some tissues as well. Ah, what am I saying? I’m just speaking my thoughts right now. All of them are speculations, and could be wrong.

There is no doubt that an increase in blood flow is beneficial to any PE efforts. Will this guarantee gains? No. But it certainly can’t hurt.

Arginine is indeed an amino acid and amino acids are building blocks of muscle tissue. It is a leap, however to assume that increasing our protein will speed up our gains. It’s not quite weight training.

There must be a balance of elements in our nutritional intake as our body repairs and adapts to stressors.

Arginine does raise your body’s ability to produce nitrogen, which is good for erections. That’s for sure.
