Regarding Weighted Kegels

Since I can’t post in the other forums, I’ll post this here. I’m not sure how many newbies have exp. With weighted kegels

My question for the ones that do weighted kegels, is does it matter how you hang to do the kegel? As long as you kegel, you will feel the penis pull back. I’m just curious to know if I can do it standing up? I did them today standing up, and straight out. Does it really matter?

God hasn’t provided you BC muscle to lift weights. Why doing weighted Kegel’s?

Wow really, it helped your erections that much? I should start kegeling when I am hanging then. How much weight do you use?

That’s just it. I kegel when I hang. Kill two birds with one stone. The most I hang is around 15lbs with a vacuum hanger, but I don’t kegel at tat weight. Mostly I kegel at 12 to 7.5 pounds. Be careful try it. It does wonders.

I have always wondered about weighted kegels, since I noticed my dick contracts when I am stretching and then kegel.

I got a pump and it gave me girth gains but not really much length gains. Looking to gain 3/4 inch in NBP length and about 1/2 in girth. I think I’m still pretty much fresh though. I may have gained about 1/4 length since years ago and at my best I had at least 1/2 girth. Gain

I’ve been doing erect kegels for about a year now…which is about as long as i’ve been peing (on and off). I started off doing “erect kegels” to find out the right muscle to exercise, because I think I was flexing all my pelvic floor muscles, instead of my BC muscle. I moved up to light weighted kegels but don’t go overboard. All I was doing was tieing a shoestring through a metal bottle opener and using that as the weight. I did them standing up and sitting down, but mostly sitting down, because its more comfortable. I don’t think it really matters whether you are standing up or sitting down though.

Now I only do erect kegels, I don’t really do regular kegels that often. I think erect kegels are superior.

I use monkeybars vacuum hanger. Like it was said above. Start slow while hanging. 2.5-5 five pound for the first month or two then move up. This is not a race.

As far as the kegels while hanging let me make this clear. I am not doing kegel the while time while hanging I’ll just sneak in sets here and there of about 10 to 20 reps. You know your body. Don’t over do it. Start slow and work your way up.

This might be a stupid question but where can I find the “monkeybars vacuum hanger” I read in your Joe Smith and his routine that you use the max vac. Is this it, the first product;

Because I want to shoot my load! I use to be a shooter, now a dribbler. I read women love it and get excited when a man can shoot one up her nose :)

I’m going to be tossing in 2-3 sets 2-3x a week for 15-30 reps, and a 3-5 sec hold per kegel. I use a bib
