Regaining Erection Quality and Ease.
Hey all. I’ve been having some serious concerns recently with my erections. I did PE for a few months starting in April last year and my EQ showed a small but definite increase.
The only reason it was a small increase was because I’m 19, in shape, and generally healthy so I would already get ridiculous, rock-hard erections at the slightest thought or touch; it would actually be a bit of a problem occasionally because I would get hard at sort of inconvenient times.
Now, however, I’ve done almost a total 180. For the last couple months I sort of had to stimulate myself more to get an erection, I wasn’t getting the incredibly frequent and hard ones I was used to, but I still had good nite and morning wood with erections at times through the day.
Within, I’d say, the last 2 weeks It’s gotten to the point where I cannot get myself even moderately aroused without looking at porn and really coaxing myself along. There was even a low point one day where I seriously could get no reaction out of my unit, and I’m down very little and pretty lame nite wood with no sign of it in the morning.
I think maybe I’ve desensitized myself with too much masturbation or maybe I’m just way stressed out. It just feels like there is a total disconnect between my brain and my dick where nothing I think about or feel really registers like it should be
So at the moment, I’m not at all concerned about size gains, I just want to get my erection quality back to the point where I can stay hard without having to WORK at it. So I guess my question is, what sort of things should I be doing to work specifically on this problem. I did already start talking L-Arginine two days ago, so hopefully that will begin to show some effect soon, but I’d certainly like to do everything I can.
