RedPurple spots but improved EQ

RedPurple spots but improved EQ

Long time lurker, first time poster here. So I’m into my third week of the newbie routine. I’ve seen small red spots before but I haven’t been too worried by them, however after my workout yesterday it was different. Half-way through, quite a few large enough purple/black spots appeared all over my shaft. They looked a lot more serious than just a few red dots, more like a proper negative PI. I decided I would give it a break for a few days to heal again before more jelqing. However, today the spots seem to have lightened in colour and disappeared bar the 3 most prominent ones. I’ve also noticed massively improved EQ just today. Should this be a sign that I should just work through the dark spots, or should I really just rest it for a few days? I’m quite eager to maintain consistency at my PE, any advice would be much appreciated!

I spot during almost every work out. They usually cluster in the same area on my dick. Its a good sign that you’re pushing your cock beyond the limit. But if it gets severe then you should let your dick heal before continuing your routine.

Ei i´ve had to stop the routine two times in the last month because i had black spots, they take 3,4 days to disappear.

if you got them and when you stopped your routine your EQ goes up, that means that you are overdoing it bro.

Take it easier.

No no, I haven’t stopped my routine: My EQ went up majorly today, and my last workout (which caused the spots) was only yesterday. I understand that if I had given the routine a week or so off and noticed an improvement in EQ then I would have been working it too hard, but this EQ improvement came literally the day after the possible-overworking?

It may just be some incidental bruising, which is nothing to worry about if your EQ is getting better.

Some guys like to use Arnica gel or cream, which helps the skin recover from bruises.

I think you should keep doing your routine, and just monitor your EQ carefully.

If it drops, that’s a more worrisome sign than a few bruises.

Before: I'd like to show you something I'm very proud of, but you'll have to move real close.

After: I'd like to show you something I'm very proud of, but you guys in the front row will have to stand back.

Ah. Sorry bro, I understood wrongly.

I agree 100% with Mr. Happy. Keep doing it.
