Redness!!!!

Redness!!!!

I have been on the newbie routine off and on for the last 3 months due to being fearful of overdoing something. I haven’t experienced any negative PI’s, but I have noticed that my unit is more RED above my circumcision scar and onto my glans than it was pre PE.

My routine consists of 10 minutes of moderate forced jelqing. I’m gonna leave stretching out for my first consistent 3 months.

It seems as though small red spider veins have appeared on the upper shaft, that I hadn’t ever seen before. Is this bad? Anyone ever experienced this? I don’t think It’s due to overworking anything, but I might be wrong.

Anyone have any ideas on what this is, and how to alleviate it?

Hmm, warming up and down?

It really depends on how much on and off you are doing.

You really need to be consistent, otherwise you’re penis will not get accustomed to the force you are using. And moderate force may be just too much.

Also, what lubricant do you use? You need something slippery and gentle.

There is nothing wrong with veins on the shaft some peole like them but it does seem a little early for them to develop. So be more consistent in your exercising, lay offf the moderate pressure for a week or so then get back into regular training.

Thanks for the replies fellas. I use regular non flavored or scented astroglide. If I don’t use a decent amount of pressure I see no expansion above my grip during my stroke. My jelqs don’t feel bad/painful either.

And in my previous post I had mentioned that I have been off and on. This is mainly because I am very penis aware, and every time I noticed something different I ask a question and end up taking a 2 day break or something.

If it doesn’t hurt should I continue using the same amount of pressure?

I would loosen it up personally, a big one is good, but not if it’s aesthetically unappealing.

Try to loosen up your grip a little bit and stop the jelq at least half an inch before you reach the glans to avoid injuring the nerves. And also, make sure you give enough time for warm up as this is a very important part of your routine.

I’ve always considered redness to be a positive PI, means you’ve really got the blood flowing. My dick always turns red after a good jelqing session and when I get my best erections.

As for red spots or spider veins (anything that doesn’t look good…) don’t worry too much, they’ll go away soon. It means you did too much with not enough warm up, or just plain more than you can handle. Try warming up more or easing up the pressure a little. But IMO, if you just have general redness of the dick, you’re in good shape. :)
