Too bad, but I scratched them off one day by accident. So I had a kind of cut that kept reopening. I waited till
That healed (I moisturized the skin everyday). It healed up, but when I tried to jelq awhile ago, the area where the “cut” was started to get red, like the blood was rising to the surface.
So my question is, does that point to anything, as in can I still continue the workout?
