I have been PEing on and off for a long time. I can honestly say I have not seen any gains what so ever. Lately I have been hitting it hard though and my sessions have been pretty rough. When I first started I noticed a like a sac on the back of my dick behind the head and it would get swollen after PEing. But lately the glands have been getting pretty swollen too. Today was scary though. I had a hard PE session. About an hour later, I went to take a piss and wtf.it looked like I had been stung. The glands were extremely swollen and it’s like some fluid built up. This can’t be normal. I think I need to go a lot easier but I hate taking it easy. I want results so bad and I just feel like light sessions won’t do anything.

So what is it?? How long should I take off?

Take off until you are healed up.

You can’t force PE results by doing it harder. That will only slow you down as you are currently experiencing. You have to find the right force for you that gives you a good workout, but stays below your trauma levels. That is the way to get the best results, but results take time so you must be patient.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I am pretty rough on my dick and I have never had that happen. So I must not be as rough as I thought


Starting BPEL= 6.7 " EG= 6.5"

July 2016 BPEL=7" EG=6.75"

Goal NBPEL=8" x EG=7"

That’s just fluid retention it’s no biggie but it is saying your being too rough on your dick, maybe it’s time to change your routine up instead of doing more. Give you penis a few days off and start fresh with a new routine. Maybe an ADS or if you have time try hanging.

Thank you guys for these post. I am going to go back to the drawing board with this whole thing.actually I was never really there to begin with. I think I clamped my first time.I know, I know. But all of this so far hasn’t done a thing.no gains what so ever. So obviously I’m doing it wrong. I’m just so impatient.I don’t want to wait for the heating pad to heat up .blah blah blah.I just want to grab my dick and squeeze it till it’s swollen. So with this I will take a week off, then start the newbie routine with maybe some small light clamping for 3-5 min. I think I under estimate the power of the kegel along with this as well. That’s gonna be something I begin to do quite frequently. Thanks for the support and making me realize I’m retarded.
