Red spots

Are the red spots you get from jelqing and other stuff bad? Or is it just a point in the procees you know your doing right technique?

Spotting is a sign you’re using too much pressure in your jelq stroke. Treat is as a signal to tone it down a bit. It wasn’t til I got a little bloodspotting on my glans that I knew just how much force my penis was comfortable with.
