When I started out with a serious Jelqing routine, I had similar spots.

My solution was to back of for a few days and restart with a little less intensity.

Once I restarted I was able to work up to a 20 minutes of Jelqing a day within a few weeks

Those could be little blood spots that develop from burst capillaries. If it’s not associated with any pain it’s not serious. But try not to overdo it.

Start gently, then increase the pressure overtime as your dick starts to adjust to PE.

When I first clamped I got those red spots. I haven’t since.

The go away quite quickly as well.

You just need to rest up and take it a little easier on your shaft bro. I’d say too much pressure and/or reps in your jelq routine. They are popped capillaries. My whole penis was red with them back in the day. Try easing back on the pressure and slow down.

Thanks for your imput and advice, I’ve been having rest, then will start up again and do my best. What is your routine like? Another words, am wondering how much time do you guys put into this:-)
