Well I’m in my 3rd week of PE and I was stepping it up to 400 jelqs a day and 7.5 mins of stretching. Well today I got 2 tiny purple spots on my glans. Well I did a search and read that you should take a few days off so they can go away. Do I have to do this or can I just lessen the amount and intensity of jelqs and continue to PE? I really don’t want to stop because I want to get gains.

You can lessen if you want so long as you feel there is no pain or numbness. Put more hot warps. To help those burst capillaries heal faster.

It sounds to me like you’re doing way too much. You say you’re doing 400 jelqs a day after just three weeks, it is highly recommended that you do the Newbie Routine for at least 3 months before upping the ante.

You say you don’t want to stop because you want gains, these gains won’t come if you overdo it, you’ll just injure yourself.

From what I understand, you are not taking rest days. BAD IDEA. These rest days allow your penis to recuperate from you pulling and stretching it, and help prevent further injury.

I had the same problem starting out. 400 jelqs seems too many after only 3 weeks. Also, you must use a warm wrap before and after PEing. At least 5 minutes both times.

Well actually I am following the newbie routine, it says gradually over 6 weeks time increase from 200 jelqs(10 minutes) to 600 jelqs(30 minutes) so what I am doing is increasing it by 200 jelqs every 2 weeks which is following the notes on the newbie routine right? Should I just keep it to 200 jelqs for 3 months? O and I am taking rest days, I go 2 on 1 off. Also, I used an electric heating pad for warm up, I go about 10 minutes warming up before but don’t usually warm down.

This is my 3rd day with the red dots still being there. Hopefully they will go away soon.
