Red marks

So i searched and didnt find anything on this so here it goes.

I know red marks can be a sign of over working.

There are a couple red marks on my head when i am at the end of my jelq (when all the blood is in my head)

Is this normal? I wasnt sure if it is bad when the red marks (ruptured blood vessle orsomething?) when ur penis is flacid or your head is filled with blood

I get red dots all the time now. They go away usually within a day. I don’t worry too much about them.
