Red lines on penis

I’ve started to notice red lines on my member. They are only visible when erect or filled up flaccid. It seems like my skin is stretching. Is this a good sign or a bad one? I’ve just been doing jelqs for two months. Anyone familiar with this?

Skin stretch marks probably.

I would say it is good. I have noticed too, in the begining, but nothing crazy.

Barely visible as I can recall.
