Red light and PE

Red light and PE

Hi I 3d printed this, see pics. It is just a test adding a fan to it as heats up a bit. Basicly as I extend I have this over the extender to help with gains. Just wondering what ur thoughts are on light therapy.

I like the idea of red IR light for PE. Applying it is tricky though. Your tube seems solid for an extender though.

I tried using a Ruby Lux bulb and ended up going with regular IR heat. The clamp lamp was too much a hassle and I should have picked better.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Marky, that’s some next level innovative stuff right there. Well done sir! Is it concealable?

No it’s 8 inches long and about 3 inches wide. Only wear it at the end of the day for about 1hr. Some days like today just watching tv so get about 5hrs in it

Very cool man.

Could be dangerous with the lights so close to the skin. Give a good read around before jump into it.

Good luck!

Awesome innovation Marky! That is pretty cool in my opinion.

I also use visible red light therapy vs IR. I have read about 30 different research articles on red light therapy, which all contain a bunch of scientific jargon.

What I gathered from all this is that red light is part of the light spectrum that creates a physiological response from our bodies using photons(light has some physical properties), causing vasodilation(vessels relaxing increasing internal diameter of vessel), increased nitric oxide(signal chemical to create erection), cell mediation(control) of fibroblast, collagen, etc., excitability in mitochondria and increased ATP action at the cellular level.

I’m also guessing from the research that there is a therapeutic index(dosage that is optimum for what you are intending) as well as a non-therapeutic dose (too little of a dose rendering ineffective or too high causing more negative effects. There was a peer review chart with red laser and red cold led therapy conducted on various parts of the body as well as wound healing. (Light penetration through the particular part seemed to be an important variable like bone, muscle, dermis) LED and Laser seemed equally effective.

There were wide ranges. What I am hoping is correct is that the [intensity/energy level of the red light and proper distance] (x) times the duration of time for “treatment” (=) equals optimum effect that you are intending (vasodilation, increased ATP, cell proliferation, increased activity of healing)

Many people use a spectrometer or something like that to find the exact amount of photo energy being released by the red light. Then they calculate the distance the red light source needs to be for optimum dosage in nanograms or joules. Then they determine how long they need to expose the body part to the light.

The calculation(I forgot how I came to this calculation but saved it on my phone just in case) for specifically the penis is

3J/cm^2 per minute with the visible red cold LED at a distance of 12 inches away from the penis. The amount of power from the LED or laser should be ~680ng give or take a couple of hundred. I saw a conversion for calculating ng of light into joules of energy. (I am no math whiz)

Hope this helps or at least make you laugh.

I also forgot to add the rest of the calculation.

If my red light LED produces 680ng of energy, and the therapeutic dose equals 3 joules of energy per centimeters squared,

Then the distance from the tip of the bulb to the surface of my skin should be 12 inches away. Also the amount of exposure should be 1.5 minutes due how powerful my LED bulb is. I based this dose off of several sources which I did not save.

Actually I confused myself.

My red light (LED) energy reading using a spectrometer is 680ng. This spectrometer is 12 inches away from the LED when it reads 680ng.

According to many of the research experiments, organs like the penis need only 3 joules of energy per cm^2 to get the most benefit. For one, the penis has one of the highest concentration of blood vessels, it has no bone or muscle so the red light can easily penetrate through it.

After exposing my penis for 1.5 minutes under the LED(12 inches from the surface of my skin), I get the maximum therapeutic benefit which is about 3 joules of energy per cm^2. Any less than 1.5 minutes under the lamp, I may get little or no benefit. Any more than 1.5 minutes under the LED, I might be causing harm to my member. (The basis of LED is to mimic injury response without actually injuring the body part).

I believe that by doing 3 separate 1.5 minute exposure to red light, I may get the most out of it versus exposing my part to red light for an hour or more. But take all this with a grain of salt because over exposure can cause some dramatic effects that we may be looking for. Bruce Banner became the Hulk after getting way to much Gamma Ray for example.

Where are you getting the info on the amount of joules needed? Medical journal?

BPEL 7.5-7.7 (based on EQ) (2018)

Current - same. Goal NBPEL 8

So can the IR used for several hours cause problems?

I use my IR for 1 hour or more.

I use IR and Near IR red light therapy on my balls. About 36 hours later, I get amazing wood. The light stimulates the Lydig cells in the gonads and encourages production of T. My shaft and scrotum always feel more youthful, as red light encourages collagen production in the skin. Careful not to warm the boys up, heat hurts your nads.

Do you use a joovv or is there another brand that works well? I ask because amazon have a bunch of these and they all seem to have no information on the LEDs or they are targeting the wrong spectrums.

Thunder's Place: increasing penis size one dick at a time.

I started using Red Light Lamp for warm up purposes and it’s on whole time during jelqing, it’s hot enough to feel the heat from a 30-50 cm away. Too close and it gets too hot.
