Red dots

I have dull pencil size red dots from jelqing, should I wait a couple days for them to dissipate and then start up my jelqing routine again?

Do you mean pinpoint sized? Or the circumference of a pencil?

I assume you mean pinpoint sized, because that is fairly common for newbie pumpers. (I know you are jelqing, not pumping.) I would lay off until they go away.

Are you using considerable force? Have you watched the videos here?

Chadbar, wait until they disappear. They are usually caused by overzealous jelqing, so use less force the next time you jelq.

Ahh thank you so much, umm there a little bigger on one side, I used the shower to warm up instead of a hot towel next time ill do the hot towel, for I havent gotten them with the towel yet. Thanks for your advice guys much appreciated

It’s not going to matter if I lay off for like 2 or 3 days and then get back right too it right?

No. Don’t forget, you don’t grow while PEing, but during the rest period.
