Red dots became darker

Hi Guys

I’m into jelq a few year now, but I do consider myself a noob. I stopped of doing it three months ago but my dots didn’t dissapear at all. They just got darker, I mean, a dark shade of brown, which is my dick’s natural color. Is that something I should be concerned? Any tips to make them go away?

Sometimes the only way to get them to go away is take a break or at least cut back on the pressure your applying. They aren’t a big deal so don’t worry.

Despite my 3 months break they didn’t go away.

Charles I used to hang a lot and my red spots turned into discoloration and it took me a long time to get rid of. Have they lightened up in the three months? If you do a search for red spots or discoloration you will find a ton of information.

It is a slow lengthy process but they will eventually fade, 3 months probably wasn’t enough time. A few years ago when I really started to get serious about PE, I developed quite a bit of darkening around my circ scar, then I went on a deconditioning break which seemed to turn into over a year long hiatus from PE and it finally is returning to its former color.

Discoloration, whether it be dots or bands, is nothing serious and will subside on it’s own. It is your bodies way of telling you to ease up a bit. If you get the dots, take a break for a few days and come back at a lower intensity level.

I think I’ll take more one week off and return in a lighter routine.
