Recovery vs excercise
Hi guys, have only being PEing a short while made a small 0.25 inch girth gain but have a question about stretching and girth work:
I have read quite a few of your posts and can’t make my mind up what the best course of action is. The problem I face is not knowing when to stretch/milk and when to rest.
Should I stretch/milk then use an ADS (current routine) leaving my member time to recover until my next exercise
Or should I stretch it/milk it at every opportunity whilst awake, I.e. Toilet breaks, periodically throughout the day, as well as my current routine?
I’m sure it gets enough rest when I sleep but wanted your thoughts. I have read that some guys are continually yanking it when ever the chance arises, any comments would be much appreciated. Some length increase would really make me a believer..
