I’ve read a few people here say they have sex 4 times a day, and of course around the internet there are many more people claiming this frequency - and ye when I was seeing my girlfriend a couple of times a week I remember some periods over 24 hours I would have sex 4 times, e.g. 2 at night/2 the next morning and afternoon - but after these occasions I needed a at least 2 days to recover properly.

This is the same with wanking - maybe when I was a kid things were different - but I had a month to myself recently and found if I cummed (past participle of cum anyone?) twice in one day, I would need a days break, and even 1 big wank a day sometimes felt too much after a while.

So could someone please explain what’s wrong with me? I’m 25, eat well and in great shape. Also my relationship has taken a nice turn and my girlfriend is always in the mood now days, but it’s frustrating that I can’t keep up (it’s a pretty shit feeling not getting rock hard or even hard at all)

The only solution I have at the moment is to increase my testosterone through supplements - I’m looking at ZMA.

My own personal opinion is that there is nothing wrong with you. It’s just the way your personal physical make up works.

At my best and youngest I was only a twice a day guy so what I did is make sure I didn’t orgasm too early.

I understand ZMA can help but I don’t think to an increase of 4 times a day. Hell, give it a shot. It can only help.

Hmm.. What do you meen by recovering? Do you meen that you don’t have the energy for it, or that your unit feels so sore that it doesn’t feel good?

Everyone’s different in this regard, and you’re well within normal range, in my opinion. The recovery time increases as we get older, and during winter time. So far it’s the worst part of aging, for me. I saw a survey study once that reported average ejaculations were roughly 7/week as a teen, 5/week in the 20’s, 4/week in 30’s, 3/week in the 40’s, 2/week in the 50’s. Personally I think I was more like 10/week as a teen, 7/week in my early 20’s, and 5/week in my late 20’s.

Stress plays a big role.

I believe it was 8x8 on Thunders who found that at the point of climax while edging or just wanking that if you moved from stimulating the glans area to stimulating the balls and shaft base that your recovery rate could be in minutes. His theory is that it is the nerves of the glans area that signal the pineal/pituitary to introduce a cortisol like effect that limits an erection response. He warned that for this to work, though, you must not even touch the glans area not only during ejaculation but for a few minutes afterwards. The downside to enactment is that with your GF, wife or lover, you must needs pull out and pretty much be motionless. Interesting cause I was able to have sex 7-8 per day with no problem, but when I do PE this decreases until my penis recovers.. Thing with me is that longer I do PE I need more time to recover.. The word you are looking for is came. You came twice.

Maybe you have low testosterone. Maybe see a doctor to get your test levels checked.

Do you take a multi vitamin?
Do you lift weights?
Do you eat nuts or other healthy fat foods?

Maybe look into test or libido supplements.

Edit: how’s your erection quality? If you have trouble staying rock hard maybe take a week off of pe. Try incorporating edging into your routine. Kegels, light jelging, things like that will help to.

There are a lot of critical nutrients in cum, and if you tend to be low in them…your body will produce the “dis-inclination” to ejaculate more, in order to conserve them. I found this to be the case with me and magnesium. When I was about 30, my girlfriend (now wife) wanted it daily, and I found that I really didn’t feel like it after a few days of sex. When I supplemented with magnesium orotate, that changed completely.

It can also be your natural prolactin levels that produces that feeling, but I would first supplement with B complex and ZMA and see if that changes anything for you. Its good for your health so its just the money that you will spend, but its reasonable.

It’s nice to see that I am in normal range for my age, but still there are many out there with the ability for a lot more cumming, and being a healthy guy I’m not gonna settle for the normal range!

As for stress - I am not stressed.

As for diet - I eat fish, chicken, peanuts, and usually almonds everyday.

As for activity levels - I’m mostly training my core for the last couple of months, along with football and badminton, I’m training everyday - but I had the same problem when I was lifting heavy weights.

I will try out the’ cumming then not touching the glands’ thing, but while immediate recovery would be nice (on some occasions) right now I’m just looking to not struggle with a once or twice a day.

Maybe you should concentrate on lengthening the fucking routine not the frequency of your ejaculations. If you can delay your ejaculation for an hour or so the intensity of the orgasm will be so much more intense that you may not feel the need to have a bunch of quickies.
