Recommended Exercises for a Beginner

As a Newbie to all of this I was wondering what you guys would recommend for a beginner. I would like to know what exercises are best for a beginner, and also how many reps I should do. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks - MoonMan

Newbie routine

Few tips:
-take it easy, this is sloooow and long process
-read, read and read some more, everything is pretty much answered you just have to look for it
-warmup to avoid injuries
-be gentle in the beginning, there must not be pain at all, PE workouts are pleasurable actually
-consistency is the key
