Recently turned 18, still in highschool and I have ALOTA questions

Started PE stretches about a month ago,
And there are so many things id like to bring up I’m sure alot of people could get somthing out of them.

Havent had the best experiances with me and my (little buddy) hehe..
Lets just say me and a grl had a little fun,
Turns out she told all my friends I’m not packn in the pants. :O

Reality caught up to me quickly and I knew she must have been right. (Sorry for my slang grammer)
I started looking for excuses like how maby I’m not completly fully grown yet in general.
Which could still be a slight factor but I can never tell.

So I’ll ask what I tried first,
Is there any specific vitamins I should be looking for that will more directly contribute to my growth?
I’m usually quickly confused by the 2,000 things labeling a single vitamin bottle.

As of right now I’m about 4.5in erect.
Not erect.. Well probably about 1.5”
For the record!

Because I’m still a senior in highschool without a car,
Money, a mail address, credit card.
I can’t really buy any products to assist me in PE (such as pumps and so on)
Maby this is a silly thing to ask but I’ll do anything for improvement right now.
Is there any certain way to create one of theese things on your own?

I entire LOT thing kind of confuses me as well,
If I’m correct the place where there is no pullback is somewhere below 9 o’ clock
That means I should be focusing on what excersises?

But I take aderall for ADD,
A strong stimulent. Does this have any effect as well?

I have the dedication I just really want to have a larger erect penus- although there are so many stretches and excersises, they are pretty muc hthe only thing I got right now! And I was wondering if there are any that focus on strething to make my dong longer when it erect and hopefully get some results before the summer! =P
And get my friends to leave me alone (they’ll never let me forget)
I would appreciate it if anybody could help me out,

Check out Forum Guidelines when you get a chance. We have a built in spell check function to help out. (Spell check is my friend.)

For starters don’t worry about the devises and just stick with hands on PE, it is quite possible that you will never need anything else. Here is a link list thread for all of the home made hangers, Homemade Hanger Models and Instructions . Pumps and such are a bit trickier but plenty of guys have experimented and posted on that topic as well. I don’t remember the pumping threads off the top of my head.

I can’t help on the no money thing but as long as you have a bank account you can open a paypal account. As long as you have money in your paypal account you can get a paypal issued credit card. None of which helps if you have no money. :rolleyes:

My advice about dating is use a condom.You don’t want aids or a child you have to take care at only age 18 yourself, treat womwn with respect their not hanging meat.
Jelk alot use the newby routine. At least 3-4 days per week according to your scedule. Don’t forget to warm up.
Jelking is free and you should not use advance exersises at this time.
Your still growing yes that is a factor, your penis will still grow even though you stopped, growth ends about age 22, but why wait tell then.
For now, a multi vitamin/mineral is fine.
The lot theory is just a theory.
Jelking is for growing you erection longer.
If you are dillegent you should get some results by summer.
Tell your friends to mind their own business.
I use to take ritalin for add, have your thyroid checked by a doctor soon, you may be hypthyroid, an easily treatable condition. Fish oil capsules are good for add.
Stick to the newby routine it is simple to follow and less likely to cause injury, don’t concern yourself with pumps yet, your not ready for it.

Let me see… Stick with the newbie routine.

Here is a good random stretch - Sit in a chair and take your leg and lift it up on something higher, then stretch your penis under that leg. Then take your penis and keep stretching, and start to lower your leg. Do this on both sides. And take your time and be very careful.


Start: NBP: 6 - Girth: 4.7

Now: NBP: 7 - Girth: A hair below 5"

Goals: NBP - 7.5 .... Girth - 5.5

I made all of my initial gains, probably 3/4” length and some girth too, which made a huge difference, by only doing manual stretches and jelqing. It came pretty fast too, It took less than six months. I know that 3/4” doesn’t sound like much but it really is a lot.

I take 20mg of Adderall XR every day and have gained by doing the newbie routine. In my opinion, Adderall doesn’t hurt, help or hinder your progress.

My best advice is to stay positive and firmly believe that this works. The gains won’t happen overnight in a visible way, but they most certainly will happen. It’s like watching grass grow. Each day, it’s a little longer, but not very noticeably. Eventually, it gets long.

The analogy stops here, because were not going to cut or mow our schlongs!

Do a search on home made hangers. They are made from affordable products and shouldn’t take very long to build. IMO, the LOT theory is BULLSHIT, so I don’t care what LOT I am. Just try manual stretching and jelqing to condition your penis so you can go onto heavier more dangerous methods of PE’ing. Keep jelqing and stretching until your gains seem to have stopped then move on. Good Luck :)

Stay positive and work the newbie routine. I’ve gained 1/2” or so in erect length, so believe me it works.

You have a benefit by being young and are probably more apt to grow than someone older, IMO.
