Reasonable 1-year target
I have decided that for the next year, I will try to devote 3-4h a week to PE. I have done month long sessions of PE in the past, but never stuck with it. Enough is enough. This time, it will be for real - I have moved out of my parents house so will be able to have privacy and time. So time to begin.
I am currently.. 6.8” BP (6.3” NBP) x 4.75” MSEG. I am 20, so peak of testosterone/body recovering. I plan do the newbie routine for 4 months, then add more advanced manual exercises and clamping (no hanging or pumping) for the rest of the year, 25-45min sessions, 4/5 times a week.
I know everyone grows differently and how some are hard girth gainers, while others are hard length gainers. But from your personal experience or opinion, what would be a reasonable average goal for 1 year?
