Hi All

New to the site, I have been doing manual stretches for 4 months and things seem to be going in a good direction,
I have recently tried a sock hanger and/or fowfers with no discomfort and I wouldn’t say I’m overdoing it weight or time wise 20mins
HOWEVER? I seem to be turtling for the majority of the day after any kind of hanging or fowfers I also don’t seem to get a rock hard erection the morning after unless I leave it for 2 days

I have been taking up cardio to lose weight so don’t want to waste any time increasing my penis health and length ready for the summer

Has the Captains wench been modified since its original outing a few years back or shall I just go and buy the stuff.. I’m in the UK

I would like to add length and girth I’m currently 6.7 inches erect and 5 inches girth but for now id like to get a consistently bigger flaccid that stays there all day instead of the current all over the shop flaccid of 3 to 5 inches

I think what you need for a good flaccid hand is blood flow blood flow blood flow and vacuum pumping helps a lot with that.

Jelqing is another great manual exercise for filling your cock with blood and stimulating blood flow while giving a great stretch at the same time.

Also doing helicopter spins is a great way to centrifuge blood into your cock and plump it up very nicely. You can do those before, during and after your morning shower or any time you need to show a full flaccid.

For me taking a low dose (5 mg) of tadalafil (Cialis) everyday gives me a great all day flaccid hang and of course gives your on demand erections a great boost.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Well, combined with the turtling it’s clear , at least to me, that you are overtraining mate. These are classic symptoms.

Stretching can cause EQ issues. It is pretty common in the community.

You can try skipping a stretching routine every now and then.

That usually takes care of it.

Take Gingko biloba or any other supplement with a good multivit for the blood flow. It has helped me alot, maybe you can too.


Periodically, you will lose your morning wood and EQ levels. This means it is time for a break until they come back. Continue with your jelqing if they have no adverse affect. Other than that, I can’t help you with flaccid hang since mine seems to have a mind of its own. One moment it hangs, the next it turtles. My wife doesn’t care as long as it has good EQ.

Ill look into getting some and I agree my flaccid is also all over the place the other day I have every woman staring at me in my joggers and yesterday you’d have thought I had it chopped off haha
