Really getting started

Really getting started

Been working for a week or so but just measured for the first time today, so I’ll use 10/11/05 as my official start date.

Flaccid Length: 4.0
Flaccid Girth: 4.1
BPEL: 6.1
Erect Girth: 4.3

Girth is immediate concerns.

For now my routine is (roughly):

5 minute warm wrap
5 Minute Power Stretch
10 minute jelq
5 minute jelq and hold
5 minute warm wrap.

Plan is 5 mornings a week and evenings when possible.probably 3 evenings tops.

Main concern is girth so plan on incorporating Uli #3s shortly and perhaps extreme uli’s/uli thing. I’ve learned from reading over the past week not to rush things.

Got my initial PE info, as well as the link to here, from enlargepenisguide.com. They recommend only once per day to allow “recovery” but the vets here seem to work at least twice per day. Would appreciate feedback on that subject.

Limit yourself to once a day until you’ve conditioned your dick some. No need to rush into twice-daily workouts.

“Shortly”? Wait at least a couple months before you think of adding hardcore girth exercises. They can injure you pretty badly and put you out of PE for weeks or even months.
