This has been one of the most frustrating experiences for me. I’ve been PEing for about a month and I don’t feel like I’m getting a handle on things. I keep on changing the positioning of my hands and I just can’t get it right. For now, I was just wondering if you should feel some sort sensation of blood flowing when you let go of your unit near the head.
