Realistically how much can be gained in say a year using standard jelqing techniques ?

Typically, about an inch in length and an inch in girth. Those were my results. It’s possible to gain more, but not likely. Many people gain less. It helps to be consistent, increase intensity gradually, and throw in some stretching along with the jelqing.

In 3&1/2 years, I’ve gone from 6” to 8”. I don’t have picture proof of 6”. I think I have one at 6.75” & one at 7.25” somewhere. I haven’t worked on length since mid 09. I used my hands primarily, along with light weight hanging and a vac extender. Girth on the other hand has been a pain in the ass. Im still working on it. I may stop and just try to see if I could hit 9”.

realistically, 1 inch at most in length and that is a very ambitious target. 0.5 in length is probably more realistic.

0.5 of an inch in girth. Same as above.

An inch is totally doable. Be patient though it comes slowly.

0.06*12=0.72 inches.

Most tend to give up before the inch mark, so it’s best to find ways to keep motivated if you want that inch.

Bro, PE is sick!!

I’m currently in my fifth week of PE. Here is my success to date:

- Improved from a 6 or 7 EQ to perfect 10 EQ - strong, rock hard, great erections that stay powerful throughout the duration of sex (I noticed it doesn’t even subside in the 5-10 seconds it takes to switch positions, as it sometimes used to)
- Growth in length from 5.8 BPEL to 6.4” BPEL!! That’s in just 5 weeks man!
- While never measured at start, I measured today at mid-shaft for the first time, 5.4” EG
- Thicker, further travelling cumshots! LOL.

My routine, 2 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 1 day off, repeat. Stick to it fairly religiously (have missed 2 individual days due to extinuating circumstances):

4-5 mins hot press as warm up
15-20 mins stretching:
- 30-40 seconds DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, STRAIGHT OUT (with 10 second V stretch intervals, once at mid shaft, once at base), UP
- 4 minute BTC stretch
2 more mins of a hot press
200-300 jelqs (simply depends on the day, and how my dick feels)

I have stuck to this for 5 weeks now and it has done me incredibly well. My girl is already on to me. First she was like “wow, your dick is harder than usual” - that was in the first 2-3 weeks. Yesterday, she definitely noticed the length gains as we hadn’t fucked in about 17-18 days.. I knew I was hittin’ her much deeper in the doggystyle position. While on top, my dick wouldn’t “pop out” while she was riding.. Don’t get me wrong, at 6.1” NBPEL she still has to use some control while riding on top, but I’m hoping to get to 7”-7.5” by the end of this year.

I have also noticed significant flaccid hang improvements. I’m about 4” flaccid. Not great. But not too too bad.. And definitely better than before!

Stick to it man, and the gains will come!

Ps. I also work out 4x a week, and intake a lot of protein (in my diet, and through whey shakes etc).. I wonder if this has something to do with my penis gains?

Hangin, there are several guys on here, now myself included, who have gained 2+ inches in length. Realistically 0 to 2 or maybe 3+ can happen. Didn’t bib claim 4” and it was verified? Bottom line is no one can tell you eagertheone, what gains you will get. If you want 2”+, prepare for it to take years. There are big gainers on this forum, just look around.

Hmm… I started in the beginning of March and now that it is June I’m JUST under 1/2” gain in length. It is definitely possible to gain 1” for sure, but everyone is different. However, mine is a combination of extenders and jelqing.

I won’t address any kind of time frame. Simply to many variables.

Some few guys don’t respond much to PE. Just as some few are crazy gainers. But for the other +95%? I believe that the majority of guys can gain an inch of length with consistent PE.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

I’ve been at it for about 7 months and I’ve gained 1.5 in length and an inch in girth. I’m hoping to join the two inch club by October 24th. I read one of the PE vet stories here on Thunders, and there was someone that gained 2+ in less than a year…and was disappointed by it.

If you’re consistent, you will gain nicely.
