So I have a few questions on some realistic gains. Right now I’m about 6 1/2 inches long, That’s standing and pointing straight out with ruler against my skin. Not pushing in but just resting. And my base girth in 5” and the girth right under my head is like 4 1/3 inches.. Which to me sucks. I have a huge head and average length, but a crappy girth. And I have a slight curve about mid shaft pointing upwards. I weight 155lb and am 6’1. I’m kinda built waist up and have very little body fat talking like -6% body fat., which might or could explain why I’m not very wide? My penis is very veinie too. I also pretty much don’t wake up with boners anymore and my Woodie aren’t very hard either. I don’t know wtf happened I think it’s my new girl friend, she just wants it all the time and I think she broke my dick (not literally), I dunno. Help?

So now that you pretty much have an idea, if all the info was necessary, my goal is this.

I want to be around 7 - 8 inches, and have a top to bottom girth of like 5 2/3 - 6”.

I really want my head to not mushroom out so far you know? And I really don’t like how it’s slightly cone shaped. You can imagine based off my measurements.

First thing if you were to replay. I just want to know this. Yes or no, if this is realistic.

And if it is, what is a good way to pump up this girth? That’s the big thing honestly for me.

I’ve been off n on pe’ing since like high school, but am not constant so obviously never saw results. I also have an x4labs extender. And have gone off n on that too.

So whats there to do? If you got routines for me plz plz link them to me. If you know someone who knows, link the name, hook it up guys, I’d appreciate it. And if whatever works I’ll be glad to pass down.

Start with the newbie routine man, seriously. It’s the routine we tell everyone to start with for a reason, it’s safe and you make gains if you stay consistent. If you can’t stay consistent, then you wont gain. Off and on wont do shit. Also its pretty typical for guys to see faster gains in the beginning so try to stay consistent and you could see some good “newbie gains”.

7+ is a pretty realistic goal for length, but I’d shoot a little lower for girth (at least at first). Jelqing at a higher erection level will help with girth gains, but you really want to ease into that at first. Start with the recommended levels.

Thanks man, I for sure got you on the consistency part. I know I need to be, but I never saw any results ya know? But it might of been poor PE exercises. But hey man. Girth wise I’m sure you’ve heard a lot. Is it harder to gain girth than it is length?? Because like I said length ain’t all that import to me because I’m already skimpin my girls cervix. My personal goal is mostly girth gains. And I’m gonna look for the newbie routines but if you can if you even get to read this again, or if anybody wants to. Link where I can find it??

Ok so it seems to me that you are 6.5 nbp according to your description right? Well that puts you on the bigger side of average or the smaller side of big ;)

I agree with randomgiant , read as much as you can, take it easy and do the newbie routine.

Lengthwise I think you can perhaps aim to around 8 inches if not more, gains like that are not unheard although you will need to work hard for them. Girthwise I think you should be able to reach around 5 1/2 , but who knows nothing is written here and you might be able to even reach the 6 inches if you really want to, again it will need tremendous dedication/consistence/time on your part.
