Hi, I am new to this whole thing and am naturally quite skeptical ..

I’m currently 5 1/8” NBPEL and 4.5” EG and was wondering if I could realistically get to 5.5” NBPEL and 5.0” EG

From your experience and what you usually see on here, do I have a good shot at reaching these gains .. Esp with respect to girth.

+3/8” NBPEL and 1/2” EG ??

Very very achievable, length will likely come quick, girth will take more work but if you are determined it shouldn’t be a problem.

Just remember that everyone gains (or not) differently. For me, girth was a breeze and length was slow.

Very achievable, especially in length. I started out in late June at 6” BP and now am up to almost 6.75” BP.

Girth I’m only up .125” but expect that to be harder to gain.

Start: BPEL: 5.25" EG: ~4.5"

Current: BPEL: ~ 6.75" MSEG: ~4.75" BG: 4.825" BPFSL: 7"

Initial Goal: NBPEL: 7" EG: 5" Long Term Goal: 7.5" x 5.25-5.50"

It’s nice to see guys with realistic goals. Too often someone will show up, proclaim some crazy big goal and then disappear after (I would guess) getting discouraged.

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Looks like it should be achievable to me — I set my initial goals at a gain of 1x0.5, and 2 months or so in I’m already up 0.45x0.1 which kinda shocked me.

One thing though, you should really measure and track BPEL and not NBPEL. NBPEL can fluctuate too much if you gain or lose weight, if you are bloated or dehydrated, etc. It’s fine to have NBPEL goals (I do too), but track things BPEL.
