Realistic Goal
First off, a little background.
I started experimenting with PE back in January of this year. I’ve never stuck to a routine, but have just played about.
My starting measurements were;
BPEL: 5.0”~
EG: 4.5”~
BPFL: Anywhere between 0.5 - 2”~
Now, my BPEL has increased to 5.5” and my EG to 4.9”, though I suspect this is mostly, if not all, down to better penile health. I’m 20, and as far as I can tell, still in the late stages of puberty - I had no real ‘adult sized’ growth spurt till 17. I’m hoping this will work to my favour.
Now, in the last month I’ve started a real health drive - I’m overweight, out of shape and mentally, was in a bad way. I’ve started to tackle these issues and improving the size of my member is all part of the plan. As such, I intend to pick up a routine as of the next few days. Herein lies my first question to the community; do any of you follow any particular routines that have worked well for YOU? What have your gains and experiences been?
As I have been playing about with things a while, my penis has developed the necessary pliability to really jump into a routine with no concerns. I look forward to your input, I’ve patiently awaited my chance to join Thunders :)
