First off, a little background.

I started experimenting with PE back in January of this year. I’ve never stuck to a routine, but have just played about.

My starting measurements were;

BPEL: 5.0”~
EG: 4.5”~
BPFL: Anywhere between 0.5 - 2”~

Now, my BPEL has increased to 5.5” and my EG to 4.9”, though I suspect this is mostly, if not all, down to better penile health. I’m 20, and as far as I can tell, still in the late stages of puberty - I had no real ‘adult sized’ growth spurt till 17. I’m hoping this will work to my favour.

Now, in the last month I’ve started a real health drive - I’m overweight, out of shape and mentally, was in a bad way. I’ve started to tackle these issues and improving the size of my member is all part of the plan. As such, I intend to pick up a routine as of the next few days. Herein lies my first question to the community; do any of you follow any particular routines that have worked well for YOU? What have your gains and experiences been?

As I have been playing about with things a while, my penis has developed the necessary pliability to really jump into a routine with no concerns. I look forward to your input, I’ve patiently awaited my chance to join Thunders :)

Stick with the newbie routine!

Religiously, and you will see more consistant results.

And for your gains that varies quite substantially, some gain minimal gains some gain more, depends how much effort you put into it

I understand that it’s a general kind of answer, I was more fishing for people’s own experiences so I could build a realistic picture for myself. Your input is very much appreciated though Syler.

I was initially going to try Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain routine, but I’m opting for the newbie routine to start with, with perhaps some inclusion of completely random exercises every now and then. When I hit an inevitable plateau, then I’ll switch to Mem’s.

Anyway, yes, I was looking to gain a shorthand insight into people’s own experiences :D

I think you’ll find that many many success stories involved the newbie routine for a good 3 to 6 months, often with a gradual increase in intensity or addition of more advanced moves as a supplement to the newbie routine. That has certainly been my experience.

Frankly, I think your biggest emphasis should be on physical fitness because you will likely get your biggest length gains simply by reducing your “fat pad” right above your penis and increasing overall cardio vascular health to get better erections and stamina. Second focus should be on erection quality to maximize what you already have, which based on your post is probably still growing. Have a lot of patience for a slow and steady and consistent approach to PE and dedicate yourself to overall fitness and you’ll be really really glad you did when you get older.

All good advice. Newbie routine works great. I used warm water in a glass as my warm up.. Heat helps a lot.

Thanks for the link, but what did you experience from this? The testimonial on the page suggests 1-2” is possible in ‘several weeks’, but I’m pretty sure he’s being incredibly optimistic.

Thanks for the advice boonanny. As of next week, I’m going to be jumping into a gym/swim routine. I’ve always been a swimmer, but it’s not the best exercise for burning fat. I’m defo looking at the long term - I bought a dog a little while ago (Husky/Sheepdog cross) purely because it was such an athletic mix, who will be my compulsory training partner once she’s old enough - I intend to start to go for long distance runs in the new year.

My health push, unfortunately, came from a bit of a shock as my father died in August through ill health, as a result of smoking and lack of exercise.

So, for now I’m going to set myself an end goal of 7.5x6, with that having no time restriction. By January, I hope to be at 6.5x5.2~

I’ll be beginning the Newbie Routine as of next Monday, and I think I’ll keep a progress log as I go for motivation. I’m going to be cycling 6 supplements as I go, all of which I’ve decided on for their benefits to general fitness and testosterone control/production.
