Realistic goal

I mean, set a realistic goal. Like 7*5.5 which is pretty big and doable with commitment.

You don’t have to be 8x6 to be big..

Very true.why having fantasies when you can have a real dreams?

Fantasies = to disappointment
Dream = to success

I suggest you to watch “the secret documentary”

The only danger in setting too high a goal here is that it may lead to overtraining, as a misuse of enthusiasm. If he is unable to reach 8x6 he will just quit, as most of the people do.

Guys, it’s quite possible for him to reach the goal. All it requires is years (a lot of time) and intelligent work. The reason most people here don’t reach their goals is because they do things that don’t work (they don’t analyze their results or methods and reasons preventing further growth well enough and instead just continue doing the same old thing) and quit too early.

With hanging from different angles, with and without fulcrums, and a good vacuum ADS plus a few years, most length goals can be achieved. With enough focused expansion of the tunica and a few years, girth gains can also be achieved.

All that it requires is an intelligent, investigative mind, no stubbornness, and dedication/time, I think.

Set your goals high, but work intelligently. Consider why you are doing whatever it is you are doing (example: I am doing RSDT SO hanging because the septum is the limiting factor in length gains), focus on a divide and conquer approach, read as much as possible in the actual PE forums here (not off-topic ones), be consistent, and be patient. At some point you may discover future gains are not worth the time, and you will quit, as most others do. Otherwise, you can probably reach your goal.

All of that is true, but then how come there’s no one who actually gained 3” of length that could back it up with legitimate pictures?

I’m going to start PEing for real tomorrow and no matter what my maximum size could be if not 8x6, would this make sense at all? To just start with the basics like stretches and jelqs for like a year or two or until they no longer seem to make a difference by them selves anymore, then add the more advance things like clamping and hanging. And after that if I feel I can realistically still gain some more size try something else? I don’t know what something else means yet but I have a feeling I would be pretty knowledgeable about this subject in that amount of time so if there is any other techniques I would know about some of them.

Just start and take any gains that come with warm welcome. :) Newbie routine is a must when starting out, after that start more advanced manual work and then try hanging/clamping. It won’t take you 2 years to get to hanging/clamping, you’ll get there sooner, but be sure to gain as much as possible from manual work before going for more advanced exercises.

I believe 3 inches in length is possible for some people. If that really is your goal then I’d recommend you start as slow as possible and gradually increase your workout over a very long period of time. It will take years.

The 1 inch gain in girth is also possible for most people, but will also take a substantial amount of time.

As for acomplishing both, I don’t know whether training for one aspect will affect training the other, there is disscussion on these boards but none of it is conclusive.

If you are serious about your goals then you should start to spend a whole bunch of time reading around on Thunders.

Now that I think about it, do people tend to stop doing PE exercises completely after a while? I expected that I’m going to have to do these exercises for the rest of my life anyway. I just a assumed that they aren’t completely permanent gains, and that the term “cementing” just meant finding the lowest amount of time you have to do the exercises to not lose any size. As long as it doesn’t take up much more then an hour actively doing this exercises daily,(once again, I’m just assuming you can hang and do things like that that require hours to work, while doing other things like reading) I have the time to do this for years. Now that I said that, hopefully it stays that way lol.

I agree it’s possible but not likely. If it meant that much to you and you were hanging for hours daily for years it might happen. You are 5 inches in girth so you are on the right side of the average line when compared to confident spring break guys in Cancun. With the newbie routine it is realistic that in 6 months you could be 5.5 x 5.25. There’s nothing wrong with that. With the combination of big dick porn, guys lying to their girlfriends about how big they are and then passing it on as fact that they had an 11 incher it is no wonder we all get freaked out about our size. If you reach 7 X 5.5 you should not have size issues because most girls will think you are big and no girl worth anything would leave you just because you are under 8 inches.

Well I coudln’t really tell you since I’m not an accurate representation of ‘people’ but I like to think many people who PE seriously, eg for a few years, will probably always have at least some small place in their lives for PE, even if its just a light jeqling for EQ. From what I’ve seen the requirements of cementing also appear to be vastly different for different people. Some people need substantial maintenance routines while others do not.

What would you like to know about the post, exactly?

I think 6.5 by 5.5 is solid……most girls over average penis size by one inch. 6 inches is solid and that is probably what most men are. Gaining a inch and a half is very realistic IMO

Don’t forget women like girth a lot more then lengthe…not all women of course, but women gets the most pleasure from the first 3 inches of the penis anyway.
