Based on my stats in my signature, do you guys think trying for an inch in 3 months and the 2nd inch in an additional 3 months? And somewhere along the way hopefully gain the extra girth I want?

Right now I’m planning on sticking with the newb routine for the 1st 3 months with gradual increase in duration of jelqing, maybe longer stretching. After the 1st 3 months I’ll re-evaluate and add to the routine.

Guys think this should work? Also does anyone have a clear explanation on cementing your size once you’ve reached your goal, I’ve read a couple explanations and they didn’t make a whole lot of sense to me.

Hi tombaldwin. I think, honestly, your goals are a little unrealistic. I think no one, in near 100000 members we have, had that gains.But…who knows? You could be the first.

I advice lightening a bit the newbie routine, the current vets’ opinion is that is a bit too much for a starter.

2” in 6 months? You may get the first half inch quite fast, if you are lucky. The second half inch will most likely take quite a bit longer. The next inch will take as long as it takes.

PE is not linear; like putting on muscle or losing fat or improving your 100 metre sprint times, you may make fast early improvements, but they slow down fast, then it’s down to dedication and hard work, like everything else in life worth having.

It’s a bit early to think about cementing. By the time you have gained those 2” you will know all about cementing.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Which part of the routine is a bit much? Depending on how I’m feeling I go between 5 and 10 mins of jelqing 10 is what the newb routine says. I always do the BTC stretch for 5mins though and between 1 and 2 mins of kegels

Doesn’t the newbies routine preach all-directions stretches?

However, you should ligthen-up a bit on both intensity and time and you should progress on both week after week, looking at your PI’s.

I did not find any directions about the stretching in all directions, the BTC instructions were clear and presented as an option so I’ve been doing those. The main thing I’m wondering about the all-direction stretches is where are you holding? Just beneath the head? In the middle? At the base? Ok grip?

Oh and about the PI’s, I don’t know if it’s common, but I don’t always have morning erections even prior to PE, should I expect this it increase in frequency with PE if I’m training properly?
