Realistic 6 month gains
Hi I’m new.
I’m trying to think of a realistic goal to set myself. Ideally I’d like an extra inch on all of the below measurements, but I want to set myself something achievable I can do in 6 months, and then carry on from there.
My current exercise is 200 jelqs plus 10 minutes of stretching on alternate days.
I tend to use dry jelqs on a 50% erection. If I get more erect I wait a minute until it subsides. Can anyone suggest a realistic goal and a way to improve my routine so I can achieve it?
