Sorry, but having a DR. in front of your name doesn’t qualify you as a master of all knowledge. Most of the "fact" statements by urologists are targeted against the bogus supplement industry and physical PE doesn’t even seem to be on their list of considerations. Plus, the lack of any clinical data leaves them with no "facts" to draw from.
But, the body is highly adaptive. People pull or tear ligs, tendons, and muscles all the time. Bones brake and heal. And if you don’t get them set properly, they’ll still heal but not in the same position or dimensions. Fact. I broke a collar bone in two places which was then not plated and left to heal on it’s own. After countless weeks of pain, the shoulder muscles slowly pulled the shoulder in, resulting in a "healed" clavicle over an inch shorter than before. I’ve since had it reconstructed but I went to over a dozen orthopedic surgeons who said I just had to live with it before I found a real expert who had been studying the long term effects of displacement and consequently reconstructing the extreme cases for almost two decades. Why hadn’t these other orthopedists even heard of this doctors work?? Who knows..
An extreme case of using the body’s natural healing processes to reshape itself was a doctor who would clinically "break" and slowly lengthen the legs of dwarfs in an attempt to increase their height. It worked. Now the Chinese have picked up on this and they’ll stretch your legs for you if you’re that desperate to be taller:
A tall order | Gender | The Guardian
Keep searching and you’ll find countless examples of this sort of body modification.
So here’s the secret - your penis is part of your body too and is subject to all the dynamic healing properties of all the rest of your flesh. As I’ve written before, my belief in PE came before I ever heard of anyone’s theories or success. It came to me after a knee injury in which I had a second degree sprain of the ligs in my knee. They weren’t torn through so surgery was unnecessary. But a second degree sprain leaves the ligs lengthened and full of micro tears like swiss cheese. They eventually healed, but clearly longer than the were before the injury leaving me with a sloppy knee. It didn’t take long for me to realize the ligs in my tool were no different. If I could just slowly "sprain" the ligs and keep them from fully healing while I continue to stretch them, I could get a longer tool!
And it worked! I didn’t know about jelquing, clamping, pumping, etc.. But my stretching theory coupled with constant massage to maintain circulation resulted in length gains. Then years later when I found TP I added jelling and clamping for girth and ‘bingo’ I’ve got a well above-everage tool.
I have a friend who is a doc who I’ve discussed this with and he’s in total agreement that the body will adapt to the forces you place on it.
But all that said, BE CAREFUL. You have some very important nerves in that thing you don’t want to damage. You have a very specialized circulator system that you don’t want to damage. TP has a newbie routine for a very good reason - to keep newbies safe. It takes time. You can’t take a pill and make it big. But with consistent, dedicated work, you will grow yourself a bigger unit. It’s how the body works.
Good luck!
