Real Growth from jelqing

I’m trying to gain about a inch. Is it realistic to see gains from jelqing? Cause I won’t mess with hanging.

If you want length, I think you have to do a combination of jelqing and manual stretches (more stretches than jelqing).

By stretching do you just grab you cock and stretch while flacid?

Sure it’s possible to get length from jelqing, but you should concentrate on the end stretch of the jelq more. I had that same attitude about hanging, but if you heed to the warning signs of the set rules you shouldn’t have a need to worry.

YES, it is absolutely possible! I don’t stretch anymore - only jelq - & the results I’ve gotten recently have been nothing short of incredible or excitement! You might want to start off with manual stretching by taking up the newbie routine & then later on, you could modify your routine once you’ve conditioned yourself.

Pretty much, don’t try it erect. Stretches should be performed totally flaccid.
