Ready to go on.
I m nearly finishing my 3 months conditioning routine with a lot of changes and adaptations to my body even rest weeks too, and now I think I m finally gonna start a more specific routine and need your help..
I would like a length-targeted 2-on 1-off routine combining an ads extender, manual stretches, v/a-stretches, jelqs of course and anything else that you think is gonna help me for more conditioning for a couple of months before starting Hanging.Also I m thinking a pump
Any ideas?
