I m nearly finishing my 3 months conditioning routine with a lot of changes and adaptations to my body even rest weeks too, and now I think I m finally gonna start a more specific routine and need your help..

I would like a length-targeted 2-on 1-off routine combining an ads extender, manual stretches, v/a-stretches, jelqs of course and anything else that you think is gonna help me for more conditioning for a couple of months before starting Hanging.Also I m thinking a pump

Any ideas?

First of all, before you change anything, you need to assess how well the newbie routine worked. Did you make gains? If so, have they stopped or are you still gaining? Just because your 3 months is up, that does not mean you HAVE to change what you’re doing. If you want to target length, just add something supplemental like an extender or ADS. But if your routine has been working, keep the same general routine. Don’t fix something that isn’t broken ;)

Thanks UF, actually it really helped me with positives PI’s,veins, morning woods and good EQ but no erect gains. I gained flaccid for sure and some EG but no BPL.

I read that erect gains come at 3 months but it seems I m impatient, do you think I should go on without change?And if so, when I should change it to see erect gains?
