Ready to go all in
I’ve been reading about PE alot and I’m ready to go for it! The thing is if I’m going to do it I want to do it 100%
Please guys let me know what I should do to really get started as in what type of foods and what type of workouts are good to start with. I’m kind of guessing that PEing is more than just pulling, it’s a lifestyle that takes hard work to get real gains but from reading some of the post I’m sure the pay off in the end is well worth it.
