I’ve been reading about PE alot and I’m ready to go for it! The thing is if I’m going to do it I want to do it 100%

Please guys let me know what I should do to really get started as in what type of foods and what type of workouts are good to start with. I’m kind of guessing that PEing is more than just pulling, it’s a lifestyle that takes hard work to get real gains but from reading some of the post I’m sure the pay off in the end is well worth it.

Welcome. There is not such a thing as an specific diet we have, the idea is basically to be as healthy as possible so you might want to include exercising if you are not already doing it , as it helps the erection quality.

Read as much as you can, don’t rush things and be sure to warm up properly. Remember that PE is a marathon not a sprint and that the no pain no gain doesn’t apply to PE.

Take the first month as a practice. Learn to understand your tool before .
