I will be putting up pics soon. I need to do some really good starting measurements next week as well.

I think EQ will be hard to take a pic of,( no pun intended) but I’ll try, I would say I get down to 75% at times during a long session. I get back hard after a little stroking or if the girls help.

I think you would get much better results by focusing on general fitness and kegels.

You carry a lot of weight. Big dick needs strong PC muscles. It’s not a joke.

Just don’t overdo it with kegels. You don’t want tension in those muscles. You ‘ll struggle to get it up.

Take it easy.

After the first full session No pumping and I’m about 8 length and 6.25 girth. Swollen nicely I think.

Been about two weeks. I have changed my days on and off to one and one. Seems to help me keep performing and allow for rest. I already see gains in the EQ I am able to get hard quicker.

Much bigger flaccid, feels stronger and a little thicker. Modified program again,
1. Stretch day, with some jelq
2. Jelq day, some stretching.
3. Still finding that I cannot complete as many long PC clenches as I would like. I’ll be focusing on these more after this first month

Really trying to read myself on this.. Any comments??

Also our girlfriend has left us and rejoined the real dating pool. And we again are on the hunt for a 3rd wheel.

I think that guys need to really pay attention to how their body reacts. I took a long time to try supplements and learn them. Practice the exercises and know how they work.

Since I’m not trying to gain I have changed the routine.

I am beginning to get very thick flaccid, and a little longer erect. Even after stepping down the routine. I am about to finish my first full month.

I am considering doing mostly PC muscle work next and keep the stretch and jelq.

Should I just accept that I am going to gain from this.. Kind of interested to see what happens.
