This is unacceptable.

Community must conduct research into this!

There has to be a way to know ahead of time if you’re vulnerable to these potential injuries.

Do things correctly and you’ll have no problems. I never had.

Can I ask what is unacceptable?. Is it this thread you are talking about because there are no mystery valves OP is talking about.

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

Hi everyone!

OP is now approximately 10 years old. What more news or science have been released so far on the topic of venous leakage and it’s potential connection to safe PE-exercise?

I was jelqing, hanging and performing ADS for about 4 months. I started to feel a pain on the side between penis shaft and testicular are with sensitivity on the glands. I’m assuming it was the sperm vein. I quit all PE exercises and it’s been about 4-5 months of no PE exercises. I recovered from the sperm vein but now I feel when I have morning wood or get aroused my penis will have a slight soar ness in the center of the shaft. I have tried light stretches a couple times during and the soar ness is more noticeable for a day or two. My penis is working as it should during sex so I’m not really sure what it maybe. Do I need to give it more time to heal?

Pain is bad. Yes give it more time to heal.

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

+1 pain is bad

I’m not necessarily a proponent of the angion method, but I do a form of it every day after each hanging set (helps with bloodflow I think). Could be a good thing here. It’s not really pe so it won’t stress your unit. Could help you feel what’s going on a little better.

Start : 7 BPEL, 4.8 mseg

Now : 8 BPEL, 5.43 mseg, 8.375 BPFSL

Too Late?

Damn, I wish I’d read this post a long time ago. I have no idea if I am one of those guys who has a defective valve. But, what I do know is that I’ve had issues with ED most of my adult life. I have been pumping for many years now and I definitely know that at times, I overdid it. Anyone who is impatient and who wants a bigger dick should be able to emphasize with me. The stupid part is that my reproductive equipment was already above average size-wise, but who wants to be average?

Even had I read about this years ago, I can’t be sure I would have believed it. How stupid is that?

At this point in my life, I have come to enjoy pumping, so I will continue regardless. ED would almost 100% be a problem for me at this stage of the game. I am a 75 year old, bisexual, widower and a prostate cancer survivor, who chose to undergo a radical robotic prostatectomy about 6 years ago. My sex life is almost zilch. Having a big dick is like the last frontier for me. If I could justify spending the money, I’d have fillers done. But at $13,000, and a few trips to Tijuana, it is hard to get too excited about doing this. And yeah it might look big, but it still wouldn’t work right and it might also look like Frankenstein’s dick, (whatever that might have looked like).

So it seems, I will just keep pumping it up and being happy with whatever the results are no matter how temporary, Did I mention that I am vain and always have been? LOL!

If you believe in it, it will happen. ;)

I feel that it has to do with my veins because it’s only when I’m getting semi erected. Once I’m fully erected the slight soreness is gone. Any other advice?

I just got diagnosed with ED due to arterial insufficiency. What exactly is happening to the arteries when you improve arterial efficiency the way you have? What is it that pumping is doing to improve things? Can pumping do more harm than good? My Urologist wasn’t much of a talker so I don’t even know what arterial insufficiency is exactly.

I’ve only seen one in pictures, but I think the way it is constructed makes including a gauge difficult or impossible. I suspect and believe I have read of users who have over pumped with one.

The other big issue with a BMs that without a gauge you cannot have a consistent program. If your program is 10 min at -5inHg vac, you need a gauge to confirm it.

Yes I’m not sure about the bathmate… A common side effect is burst capillaries and broken blood vessels, I feel if you do that too many times your blood flow will take a beating and your EQ will go down. Does that make any sense?

The times I have overpumped, either too much time or too high vac, I had poor EQ. I’ve never had issues with broken capillaries or blood vessels so can’t comment on their impact on EQ. I’m not sure how much blood actually flows through those small capillaries and if it is enough to have a negative EQ impact, but I’m pretty confident it isn’t helpful. They do add to the discoloration of the shaft which many find unappealing.
