Your reaction to your girlfriends insult was not brought about by anything suggested or approved at this site. There are many guys here who, when confronted with problems post them and ask advice. Had you asked for advice then you may well have avoided the problems you now have. But the blame cannot be laid at Thunders, -or indeed any other PEsite if you decide to take things to excess.

Your anger at your condition is understandable But sadly it was your obsession to make gains that has caused your injuries.

When you followed the proper procedures for the year and a half you made gains without any problems. Had you continued along those lines and kept within the recommendations made here, then it is reasonable to assume that you would have continued to make gains without harm., as you had done in the past. .

I and many others here are deeply sorry for you that you have had this misfortune. . But Thunderss can only guide you safely if you take heed of the correct procedures.

Sorry to hear that, I really am. Did this happen overnight or were you obsessively pulling on your penis even after it started hurting?

You risk “permanent damage” every time you zip your pants back up. The trick is to exercise due diligence.

Bullsh*t. The risk of permanent injury is very small if you perform the routines in a responsible, “safety first” manner. Some guys gain a lot and some not at all but the vast majority can expect to add an inch or more to their length.

You do realize that we have an entire forum devoted to injuries and that we continually stress the fact that guys should not spent a single $ to get a bigger unit?

I am sorry you have OCD or body dismorphia tendencies and engaged in excessive stretching resulting in an injury. Not everyone has these traits and tens of thousands of guys have safely added inches to their penises without serious injuries. I am sorry you didn’t register and post until MAR08. We would have told you all those years ago to stop at the very first sign of injury or pain. Had you posted your routine we would have told you that you were doing excessive, dangerous, and bad things to your penis and back the f*ck off.

Perhaps you actually did read some things in these forums and then decided to do it your own way. Cowboy up my friend. You broke your penis and it is not the fault of PE or of Thunder’sPlace; It is nobodies fault but your own.

Yo guys, I got some bad news for all of you - I injured myself working out… I know, you’re wondering, “how does this affect me?” I’ll tell you how :

Working out will only lead to injury! Your insecurity in your body is a mental problem, and you shouldn’t be doing unnatural motions to increase your body mass. A good woman will love your for who you are, be it skinny and wimpy, or fat and soft. Come on guys, I got injured, so OBVIOUSLY this stuff is no good for any of you.

It’s on par with “I bought a muscle car because of my insecurities, was driving like a maniac and ran up the ass of another car and got whiplash, obviously driving is bad”. Instead of making general assumptions and conclusions, take a good hard look at your situation, see what you did wrong and take responsibility for your actions. It’s one of the best things to learn as a young man because so many still haven’t.

I think that’s a pretty good read on this guy. I don’t think he is coming back.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
