I think any one who is in this for more than a couple of months will have some kind of injury from an overzealous training protocol. I jelqed to hard for too long and had blood come out from the tip of my penis, but this was my fault I didn’t blame PE or this web site or any other web site for my mistake in how I was training.
I have had injures in the gym from trying to bench as much as one of my friends who was a power lifter. I took time off to heal and went back at it slowly.
I didn’t go to the gym and say “hey your trainers didn’t stop me from lifting more weight then I was able to handle, I am going to tell everyone I know that is new to weight training that it dangerous, and bad for you, and that there is know good reason for it,.”
Why just to look better to the opposite sex this is crazy. This sounds crazy right. This is the same thing john wrote about PE.
This post is for the guys who are just stating out and got freak out by his post and may stop PEing because of it, and never reach there goal of a bigger penis.
I was a skinny kid never had a girl friend till I was 16. Then I started working out and gained some muscle, this gave me confidence to talk to girls and be more out going in social situations. It has lead to a more for fling life. The same goose for PE I fell much more confident in bed with a woman then I used to be.
Just take it slow ask questions and read as much as you can about PE but use the search button, if you can’t find the answer there ask the mods they are very smart guys, and will help you out as much as they can,but like I said use the search button. There are many different ways to reach your goal some are jelqers, some are pumpers,some hang weights and others use extenders most of the time it a combination of these things, but find the way that works for you. After you go through the newbie program of course.
