John34, there are so many contradiction’s in your story, I am having a hard time believing it, the first one that came to mind is, THIS IS NOT A PAY SITE! Thunder is one hell of a guy for helping out so many of us on our quest for self improvement! He so very easily could charge a fee, but he doesn’t. But like every one here, we wish you well in your recovery, and you need to inform and educate yourself in these exercises. Newbies, the more you know, the less likely you will be in this situation! PS. Sorry for speaking on your behalf Thunder.

Maybe an extra forum should be made? A forum to warn people for the dangers of PE.

I myself have made good gains in 1,5 years but the first time I tore a blood vessel I was scared shitless! I think everybody should be able to easily find these bad experience posts to err on the safe side. If I’m now needing 2 years to gain another inch and be safe I’d do that instead of trying to gain it in one year.

I think everyone would be happy to be reminded of the possible dangers. And if you were a victim of applying wrong information you’d be happy if you could post it where everyone could see it.

Yea I think JOhn was just overdoing it because he was traumatized. I’m actually thinking about doing it for 3 years to get the gains I want. PE is a marathon.

I’m becoming more and more convinced that John is just a troll looking to see if he couldn’t get the reaction he wanted, namely to see the thread removed. Since I was the first one to take him seriously, I guess I have been trolled.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I’m with Diesel on this one. I have injured my connective tissue lifting weights over the past 10 years. I injured them because I was an idiot! I didn’t stretch or warm up to get the blood flowing, lube joints or stretch tissues. I came in threw 280 on the bench for my first set and just went balls to the wall and kept throwing on the weight. Now I have tendinitis in both wrists and my left elbow. Is it because weight lifting is dangerous? It is when you throw caution to the wind and act like a fucking animal in the gym. Does that mean that I should visit all the bodybuilding forums and tell others that lifting weights is dangerous and they should quit. NO! It means that I should have heeded the warnings and followed safety protocols when lifting. Such is the case with you John. 18, in my opinion, is too young to begin PE anyway. I appreciate the fact that you are sharing your misfortune, but to denounce the effects of PE based on your experience is BS. I wear a traction device that is now past my erect length, 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. Do you know what I have done to my penis? I have improved my EQ by 100%, I’m thicker, I’m longer and my wife is shocked more and more every week because my cock just keeps getting harder and harder to fit in her mouth! I think any one who is in this for more than a couple of months will have some kind of injury from an overzealous training protocol. I jelqed to hard for too long and had blood come out from the tip of my penis, but this was my fault I didn’t blame PE or this web site or any other web site for my mistake in how I was training.

I have had injures in the gym from trying to bench as much as one of my friends who was a power lifter. I took time off to heal and went back at it slowly.

I didn’t go to the gym and say “hey your trainers didn’t stop me from lifting more weight then I was able to handle, I am going to tell everyone I know that is new to weight training that it dangerous, and bad for you, and that there is know good reason for it,.”

Why just to look better to the opposite sex this is crazy. This sounds crazy right. This is the same thing john wrote about PE.

This post is for the guys who are just stating out and got freak out by his post and may stop PEing because of it, and never reach there goal of a bigger penis.

I was a skinny kid never had a girl friend till I was 16. Then I started working out and gained some muscle, this gave me confidence to talk to girls and be more out going in social situations. It has lead to a more for fling life. The same goose for PE I fell much more confident in bed with a woman then I used to be.

Just take it slow ask questions and read as much as you can about PE but use the search button, if you can’t find the answer there ask the mods they are very smart guys, and will help you out as much as they can,but like I said use the search button. There are many different ways to reach your goal some are jelqers, some are pumpers,some hang weights and others use extenders most of the time it a combination of these things, but find the way that works for you. After you go through the newbie program of course.

but i have a question for john334. what is ur ed like? is it hard to get any blood flow to it? or is it that ur dick still get’s hard but doesn’t point up anymore? i notcied from pe’ing and the gains i’ve made since the beginning that my erection is just as hard but now isn’t as ‘straight up’, I guess this is the lengthening of the ligs, i hope i didn’t damage anything? sometimes i wish i cud have the tightness of having to really try hard to push my dick to parrallel to the gournd again but whatever, my dick it’s self is still hard.
