As you can see, I have been a member since early 2000. I exercised on and off over the years. I lost some of my gains, but after a month of pe I have gained everything back and reached my goal of 7 inches bpel.
When I first started, I was 5 inches bpel. My first sexual experience was horrible and later I overheard my girlfriend say in her sleep, “Is that all you got boy?”

By sheer coincidence, I discovered jelqing. I was looking for ways to stop masturbating and stumbled upon a forum for PE. The gains came quickly. 1/4 of an inch the first month. I continued for a while but could never reach that elusive 7 inches.

I stopped for a few years because I stopped caring about my size. I lost almost all of my gains over the course of that time. I started up again last month. My routine is minimalistic. I stretch every time I take a leak by pulling back at the base and stretching out with the other hand. At night I jelqing for ten minutes. No rest days.

I tried a new method of jelqing tonight that brought me to my goal. I sat with my legs apart and jelqed downward very slowly. You should feel tightness around the base. I couldn’t believe how big I had gotten. I measured and I was over 7.

If you’re new, be assured it works. Just put in the time and be sensible. It won’t happen overnight. Find what works for you and keep an open mind. I’ve tried nearly everything and found that less is more for me.

I do a very minimalistic regime at the moment too, sort of a maintenance routine. I heat up for about 10-15 minutes. Stretch for about 5-10. Jelq 50 reps then clamp for 2 min and repeat about 4 times. After I stretch lightly. After that, it’s a cock ring and edging for 20 minutes and then I put on another cock ring for the rest of the day.

I have incredible erections not unlike a steel rod. I have been doing this for the past year and it sure seems bigger, especially the girth but I rarely measure anymore as I am just interested in being as strong as possible. In February 2010 I was about 5.25 inches MEG and in the beginning of October I was about 5.75 inches MEG. I am sure there is some length gain but not really interested in length any more.

At my zenith of PE, I was about 7.25 in NPEL and stopped PE for a while and some of that disappeared. I went down to about 6.75 inches NPEL (just a hair under 7 in BPEL). I think it also had to do with the weight gain I had. I had stopped exercising and spent all day working and just sitting. I went from 74.5 kg to 83 kg over about 2 years. I have since spent the better part of this year reversing all of this and now down to 77 kg, have more muscle again and way healthier.

It’s crazy how fast you can let yourself go without realising it.

Anyway, congrats on finding the sweet spot in your PE. I do agree that less is more for some people, and I am one of them. I over train really easily and that always ends in injuries.

Stretching is indeed very good way to gain. I get easily gains by stretching. Jelqing is good too, but for me it isn’t that effective.
