Found this place a good 5 years ago. Could be even longer, maybe even 2004 - originally found it through lpsg. Org I think. Which I used to frequent back in the day when it had some wicked good sex talk threads. Nowadays it’s all jumbled up, and a good place to waste time with no real gain.

Anyways, myself, have an average or slightly above average dick - 6.5~6.75 NBPEL and roughly 4.5” MSEG (hope I got that one right, for the girth). It can be 7” on a really good day.

Was planning to start PE last summer, spent the summer and all of the fall away working long hours at out of town jobs in camp. Perfect time to do PE really. As was before though, the effort and time put into warm up and the exercises put me off, what a procrastinator I am.

Fully onto a lot of self improvement this year, I am finally dedicating the time to give PE a proper go. I’m doing a beginner routine right now, bath or shower warm up, 60-70 jelqs, 4 thirty slow second rotary stretches grabbing behind the glands - one in each direction. Then 30 downward firm jelqs back and forth with each hand. Hot towel wrap and kegels for 15-20 minutes afterwards. 2 days on, 1 day off. Sometimes 3 days on, 1 day off if I miss a 2nd day.

2 weeks in roughly, definitely feel an improvement in my flaccid length. Will measure at the end of the month, and then next month take weekly measurements. Will stick with this routine for a bit, and switch to the Newbie routine if nothing is going down by the end of March.

Definitely find it hard to get a TRUE measurement of myself. Sometimes I am rock hard and get a different measurement than other times, I’ll have to keep taking measurements until I find the most consistent one.

Another thing before I cut this little bit long running post off - I quit porn and masturbation some month and a half ago. I stumbled upon an enormous amount of reading and community out there who have literally damaged their sex drives from porn and masturbation. Let me tell anyone of you who does this - what a waste of yourself it is! My sex drive and an issue I’ve been dealing with my whole life have drastically improved since doing so. Would love to talk more about that, but not sure if it’s allowed or encouraged here. For now anyone who is curious please PM me.

Otherwise, you fellas have got a real eager fella here who will be with you down the long road down to a long rod.

Your really need to get consistent measurements. Take some solid BP measurements and you should be able to dial it down to 1/8” variance pretty easily. It will help in keeping you motivated by seeing actual gains. I have always been skeptical and even with good measurements doubt creeps in from time to time. Good consistent measurements have helped me through the time of “did this actually work?”.

Good to know you guys are on/aware of the porn as a poison thing. I really didn’t have any doubts the knowledge existed here, just whether or not it was promoted or not.

Just a progressive plan, will be doing 2 days on, 1 day off pretty much non stop. I don’t foresee the need to do anymore than that. Will likely stick with this for a year and see how things go. Pretty dedicated to doing this and getting more out of myself, would really love to get myself to 7.5” non bone pressed and a solid 5” of girth. Dead dedicated to doing it actually, and I will! :)

Down the road at some point I’ll hit 8” X 6” as well :D

Well, reading and reading and reading as I do when I become really interested in something.

Going to invest in a small heating pad, LIKELY a Bathmate X30 and just ordered some Arginine powder and tribulus. Taken both in the past, however I was not sexually active at that time (was still a virgin and working out avidly at 22). So will be interesting to see how my EQ and orgasms go with a regular intake of 1.5g daily of each.

Modified my routine:
2 days on, 1 day off.

Mornings:
5 minutes - Heat warm up
10 minutes - 1 Min Behind the gland stretches in various directions and a few full or half rotary stretches
120 - Jelqs with coconut oil (will add more each week until gradually working towards 20-30 minutes of jelqing where I don’t count the jelqs but rather just the amount of time)
Bath cool down with kegels and likely over time will add the bathmate

Trying to best educate myself whether or not I should introduce the bathmate so early. Lots of sites (mainly good looking loser) advocate that it is fine for beginners, just use with caution and progress slowly. I am mainly interested in it to see if will do anything for my girth over time, as well I want to pump and see what kind of erections I can get from it, as well as use it before sex and see how THAT goes..

Took some measurements last night after stimulating myself a bit and fantasizing, really really pleased to see a solid 7.5” BPEL from my dick. Makes me think my initial measurement of 6.75” BPEL was just a poor erection or I don’t know.. I am in my 4th week of PE right now so it might just be some kind of super dick measurements. I am 7” NBP though with a good erection, maybe a tap more (will be sure to measure next time I use a cialis whenever that will be).

Pretty exciting to think it’s likely not going to be that hard to achieve 8”, the girth of 6” I’m sure will be a lot harder. I am fucking COMMITTED to doing this though and hope possibly by the end of the year I can make 8” BP and .5” increase of girth.

Really happy I am finally doing this. Willing to do whatever it takes, but want to stick with a simple and not super time consuming routine for as long as possible. Reading stories of guys doing 2 hours a day 7 days a week makes me wonder how much you’re getting out of life with that much time dedicated to PE.

Girl was sore from last night and today said I was “too long” and that I should stop PE.. Barely a month in and she wants me to stop. No way, told her she’ll just have to get used to it and we’ll go slow :) I’m doing this for myself and will not lose sight of that.

Shoulda took a measurement tonight I was insanely erect, felt like over 7.5” and girth likely woulda been a surprise. Found my sewing measuring tape, so I can hopefully take a really accurate girth measuring soon.

Read about overdoing it at the start, thinking 10 minutes of stretching may be a bit much.. Might back off to 8. My jelqing only takes around 12-14 minutes though, so I suppose I’m not doing anything too serious.

Eager to see what my next measurements are, will have ruler and tape handy for when the moment comes :)

Oh and I ordered a Bathmate X30. Excited to use it in the bath post session and see what happens for my girth. May just use it sparingly at first and wait a few more months to incorporate it into a solid routine, would really like to get my dick acclimated and get the most out of easy stretches before I ramp up to a device, no matter how “tested” or “safe” it is.
