Re-starting NewB level
Hey, I’m starting up PE again after some time off. A couple years ago I was dating a girl. And she was complaining about it bottoming out on her and she didn’t like it. So I stopped PE for about two years. Had some shrinkage. I’m down to BPEL: 7.0” and EG: 6.0”
So this time I am gona give’er non stop still I reach a BPEL: 8.5 and EG: 7 (is that too much?)
Anyways I started light just once or twice a week in the shower after I was all clean and my member was hot from the water. I’d give it 5-10 minutes of jelqing.
There was no real gains. Just an increase in morning wood. Unit felt stronger+harder. Now I’m stepping it up a notch to a two day on one day off routine. Again in the shower after everything’s hot. Each session starting with a good routine of clenching the gooch.
Day one : Modded Uli3 + stretch.
Modded Uli 3 : I get 70-80 percent erect. Clamp the base with a tight ‘ok’ grip. And hold for a few seconds, then move grip forward just a touch. I feel tremendous pressure so I’m careful with this one. Again holding for a 10 count or so. Release. Work it like this for a while till erect start going down then,,,,Then at 50-60% erect. Tight ‘ok’ grip at the base. Hold a few seconds then add a second ‘ok’ grip to the mid shaft. Hold. Then move both ‘ok’ grips forward a little and hold.
Stretch : Basic streches. Straight out and hold for 30 count. Right and hold for 30 count, Left and hold for 30 count, Up and hold for 30 count, Down and hold for 30 count. Slow circle right 30 count. Slow Circle Left for 30 count.
Then let it soak in the hot water to reduce the recoiling action it tends to want to do. I just stand there.. Do some breathing exercises for a couple minutes. And Done for the day.
Day 2: Stretch + Jelq
Stretch : Basic streches. Straight out and hold for 30 count. Right and hold for 30 count, Left and hold for 30 count, Up and hold for 30 count, Down and hold for 30 count. Slow circle right 30 count. Slow Circle Left for 30 count.
Jelq: The way I like jelq (an I may get a talking to for this but it works for me) is to start with 80-90% erect. Use 40% grip. As the erect %. Goes down my grip strength goes up. So by the end I’m at 50% erect with 75-80% grip strength. 5-10 second strokes pausing at the end just behind the gland. That is one set. Then I work up to 80%-90% again and work it down to 50% again. Thats two sets. Then I do a third and alternating between lubed sessions and non lubed sessions.
