Rate my routine, please input.

I havent been on the forums in the last couple of weeks b/c I just needed a break from all of the bullshit, but I am back again and I have questions. I was searching the internet and came across a routine from some gentlemen that kind of caught my eye. At the moment I have been doing this since July 1st, and Im probably going to continue to do it for a total of 2 or 3 months. Anyone who has read my past post or remembers me knows that I have tried multiple routines and gadgets but nothing has ever worked for my pe career. Anyway I would like to just get some input on this routine, I took this guys routine and kind of added my own perspective on top but here goes.

1 day on 2 day off(Ive never done a two day rest before so Im giving it a shot)
-Rice sock for one minute and Ill wear it till its starts to get cool
-3 sets of stretches
Each set consist of the following:
BTC left, middle, right
Stretch south west, south, and south east
heli shakes
Stretch left, straight out, and right
Heli shakes
Stretch straight up to the left, then middle, then to the right
Heli shakes

All stretches last 30 seconds and you do the whole set three times, It takes about 24 minutes to complete.

-500 wet jelqs, I try to do them at 2 second reps so it doesn’t take so damn long to complete the entire routine
-Massage penis and slap it on leg for a couple of minutes
-Bathmate for 15-20 minutes
-Take a nice warm shower
-Go about my business

What do you guys think? 1 on 2 off is good with this routine? I cant seem to find the contributing force to me not being about to gain so I am stepping out of the “normal” for me at least and trying something different.

About the 1 day on, 2 days off routine. In a 6 day period, you routine brings in 2 PE days. With this in mind, a 2 days on, 1 day off brings in 4. This is just my newbie observation, also I think 2 second reps may be a little faster than would be effective.

Yeah I know what you mean but i have tried every on off routine before 1 on 1 off 2 on 1 off all the way up to 5 on one off. So I am just trying something different. The fact that I have been unable to gain at all I am trying to zero out the negatives. Maybe Im the kind of guy that needs more rest days, I really dont know man Im just trying something new.

That routine makes little sense. I’d say start a new thread explaining carefully what you did in the past, for how long etc., and people will be able to give you some sound advice hopefully.

I tried the 1 on 2 off routine, but mainly for girth exercises which I find require more resting time. For stretches and normal jelqs I really don’t think the penis requires so much time to heal and for pumpming (I might be mistaken) I believe you’re supposed to do it every day or 5 days a week in conjunction with light manual exercises between sets. Dunno man, you routine seems a little..weird. Also I believe you’re suppose to keep a routine for about 3 months before you can be sure it doesn’t yield any results. How long have you been PE-ing?

After trying many routines that would make “sense” and none worked, what am I left to work with then?

I do apologize if I sound like a asshole, but nothing I have tried has worked.

So am I wasting my time by doing 1 on 2 off basically? I have done multiple jelq routines anywhere from 1 on 1 off to 5 one 1 off days with reps up t 400 per session. I never saw a gain in anything. Honestly I found that my actual sexual drive went down the more I do. I never used to masturbate much while doing the routines, but now I find myself relieving the urges 2 or 3 times a day. I dont mean during or shortly before/after the workout but 5 hours later or the next day. Before I had a problem of actually getting hard, like it took some serious motivation to get into it. Now I get hard at the thought of a smell.

It just seems like for me at least( and I maybe doing something wrong), that the more I did the less sensitive I became.

I dunno guys Im trying to figure this shit out but nothing seems to work.

More than anyhthing, you sound like a lazy. :)

You think someone has to help you reading all your threads because you don’t want to make the effort to put a brief resume of what you did in one post? Than good luck with that.

Have you did the same routine without any changes, religiously, for at least 3 months without any result?
Also I believe you don’t understand what “sexual drive went down” actually means. If you find the urge “to relieve” more often it means your sexual drive went up.
Maybe rather than keep changing you routines you should stick to one for a longer period of time and maybe check your form, you might be doing the exercises wrong. Do you get a “pump” going at the end of your routine? If not you might be doing the exercises wrong

Well usually when I do a certain routine I will only do it for a month, I was just always told to give it a month and if it doesnt work to move onto something different. I never knew I needed to give it more time. I guess I will give it a longer stride for each routine from now on. With the pumping I always do the pumping after the routine. When I first got the bathmate I did it before and after, but now I only do it at the end of the jelqing.

Like I said earlier in this thread I have tried everything from 200 jelqs with manual stretches to 500 jelqs anywhere from 1 on 1 off to 5 on 1 off. Like I said before Im sorry if I sound like a asshole, that was not my intentions what so ever.

Have you tried Mem’ routine? Or Bennett8’s routine? Or adding a pump to your routine?

No Ive never tried either of their routines, I will search for it and give it a try. I have added the bathmate to my routine since i got it a month ago, I know a lot of people dont like the bathmate b/c it doenst have a actual guage but I just try to list to my body and no over do it. Ill check their routines out though, thank you.

Thank you, Im going to give the mems routine a shot and see how it goes. Thanks for the advice!
