Hey all.

Well, I had hoped in the 3 summer months between semesters I could put up some gains of a half inch or so, and unfortunately I didn’t make much progress at all.

The problem now is, with another semester of college starting, I’m not going to have any time for anything. I still live at my parents place as it saves ~6000 a semester, and I still can mooch off their cooking and laundry and such. So I don’t have hours on end to my own. All I have is Tuesday/Thursday morning/afternoon for workouts where I can actually be alone in the house, and I don’t think that’s going to cut it.

So my questions are, is there some form of exercise that I can do regardless of circumstance, (I don’t really know anything about hanging/clamping, how they work or what it takes to do it or anything really) and if so: would 2-3 workouts a week even benefit me?

At this point, I’m figuring just to call it a break for a year until next summer when I expect to finally leave the nest and re-start next summer. Is it hopeless or can I still accomplish gains? I mean—if I couldn’t gain much in my first 2-3 months with several days work, I don’t really expect to be productive with only two, even IF I can move on to more advanced things now. Thoughts?

If you can manage 3 workouts a week on the newbie routine that would be adequate to make gains. You say you haven’t made much in gains, but that is not unusual for guys starting PE. Gains often come after 3 months even for the slowest gainers.

Like all exercises some PE is better than none at all!. You have the use of the Shower/bath so that is private enough. Many guys have a similar problem when at Uni.

You could tell your folks that you are bodybuilding hence the need for extended times in the bathroom. Even buy a piece of bodybuilding equipment! And say you do exercise in the bathrrom to stop disturbing everyone.

Remember that some exercise is better than no exercise. So do try and keep things going if you can.

I don’t know what you have been doing but, here is my opinion for a low maintenance but effective routine: Wet jelq in the bathroom every other day, <50% erect, 5sec per stroke, focus on good expansion at the end of your piece, because of low erection level kegel new blood in at end of stroke, start with 10 strokes, increase by one every other day, should see results in 1 month. In general: Quality > quantity, under-training > over-training.

Why don’t you do it in your room? I live in my parents house, and I still JELQ. I just close my room and try to be quiet about it.

I guess it’s mostly the way I’ve conducted my routine. I’ve always taken a shower and done it right afterwards, which I figured would be an extra warm-up and make it much easier to deal with any lube mess—and being able to wash up again afterwards.

After some light forum lurking, I’ve run across the the concept of “all day stretching” using some form of extender device.

Would something like this be recommended, produce gains (I’m not looking for much either, 1 inch length and 1/2 inch girth MAX, otherwise my girlfriend said she’ll be too scared)

The problem I’ve seen with many “home made” devices is that one: there is no place near me to acquire said materials and two: I’m not the greatest guy at building stuff and even “easy to make” ones get my head going in circles. I saw one device (For a whopping ~280) that I do like, just not sure about much of anything on the concept really.

Ya ADSing works well, but for best effect you should combine it with something else, like jelqing. You also need the right tension, not too little, not too much.

Anything is better than nothing bro. Find your time, and do a newbie routine. The results you will see from that will DRIVE you to find the time.

If you believe the advertising, sure. I believe its possible, that’s one reason I bought mine. The principle is solid. Whether it works to satisfaction is going to be highly variable.

What/where did you buy and what gains has it helped you to make?

Yeah I saw that thread yesterday. The Penimaster catches my eye most, but at a whopping 280 USD (And I hear it doesn’t ship very discreetly, and somebody living with their parents may need that)

I dunno. I honestly only need 1 in. Length and 1/2 in. Girth to hit my absolute max, with half of each of those being my current goals (gotta see what the girl thinks about it first—she’s thankfully more than happy with 6x4.5) and I always heard that the first 1/2-1 inch comes pretty easy and relatively quick, so I’m afraid buying anything at all would be a waste as an inch SHOULD be pretty manageable. I guess I’m just a little discouraged by seeing little results so far and less time now than before to do what I need.

What you could do is break up your routine. Stretching in the morning, jelqing in the evening or vice versa. Or you could stay up an extra hour after everybody goes to sleep or get up earlier in the morning.


Obsession is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated.
