In line with what Roosterstretch said, I noticed that about a month into using my bath mate, my sensitivity went up. I had a similar experience with the Sadsac exercise.

No I haven’t done anything but manual exercises. Did you start pumping while in a similar situation as me?

My sensitivity has gone down a little bit over the years but I attributed it to age.

I started PEing just for the hell of it. I’ve noticed that girth related exercises do improve my sensitivity a little bit.

It all happened within about three months for me. The weird thing is I remember how even as recent as 3 months ago I would get a lot of precum during jelqing. This was just from how sensitive my frenulum region was. That hasn’t happened recently and I miss it :)

I will wait it out this time until I get that feeling back. Thanks for the advice sleepy and others.

Something else that works for me is the “KY for Her”. It makes the skin tingle. The “KY for Him” is a warming lotion which I avoid as warming lotions make my skin burn.

But that would only be a temporary solution right?

Something weird happened earlier today. I touched the frenulum while taking a piss. It felt like it used to; I was surprised and very happy about it.
But a few minutes later it went back to how it’s been. I’m taking that as a good sign.

Sorry about the late reply; I have been too busy lately.

The first 2-3 months of quitting porn I made sure to not masturbate at all; so I didn’t. But after that I did once and a few other times over 2 weeks or so (about 4 times in those 2 weeks). Lately, I haven’t masturbated in about a month and a half and have zero urge to do so. Partly because I have a gf who keeps me satisfied enough.

I have a higher desire for sex compared to before and a way lower desire to masturbate.

And I’m happy to update you guys on my sensitivity issues.

I have got full sensitivity now after taking time off from PE and taking supplements to improve circulation. Thanks for all the help and support.

Thanks LordVayne. But now I’m kind of not happy about it. I don’t think that sensation increased from how it used to be before but maybe having almost zero sensation has made me unable to cope with it now. And I hate edging. Now I’m in a state of mind where I could almost see myself accepting the lack of sensation given the benefits :( Life is funny sometimes.

After a PE session I feel the distant pain I was used and it also now feels like I’m really close to POI. I don’t actually feel aroused or anything but the same feeling I get when I’m at that point is what it feels like throughout the day. It could be due to me going back to stretch and jelq after a couple of months off. I know that might sound ridiculous but I have never felt it before this loss and return of sensation episode. I did 3 days stretch/jelq of about 30 minutes total (15 stretch 15 jelq). I will take 2 days off and see if this new feeling subsides.
