The simple answer is no form of PE is quick. There are no quick fixes or short cuts. If there were everyone would be using them.

PE is a long term project. Think about committing a year or more and you will get good gains.

Penis pills, of course, have you not seen that these will increase the length 3 inches in just 4 weeks?

IF you’re in to”quick fixes,” forget it. PE is a long term commitment, with consistent physical effort, motivation, visualization and dedication. If you’re lucky, you may see growth after two to three months. If you’re not willing to commit to a long-term program, I wouldn’t bother.

It is possible to gain 1” in two months…
I do jelq,horses,manual stretch,weights. 5 on 2 of
Consume lots of water,and take some “all in one”-nutrient powder and whey proteins.
I try not to overwork my fella.

Don`t eat crap-food,stop smoking and things that slow down your progress.

But we all are individuals,and if somebody gains fast it might be just hes bless,and another’s dream.

Back after a long break. New goals, new techniques, happy to be back.

I`m now on a 1 week off period .i think it`s good to take some time off after a hard 2months working period.
After this resting time i`m going for another hard 2months…

I can`t believe i have gained 1” in bpel. Girth gains are 0.2”
But i have to wait for my official measurement date,before i put the gains in the size`s database.

Smoking might help progress. It destroys vitamin C effectively.

Please expand on your vitamin C theory. I was under the impression that it was good for the healing process. I done a search and there seems to be mixed opinions. I get my vitamin C from daily intake of 250ml of tomatoe juice per day. But if it’s detremental to gains then I might consider stopping the intake.
One benefit that I have noticed is that it seems to keep the common cold and flu at bay.

It is great for healing. Healing isn’t necessarily what you want, you want to keep you dick in a constant state of weakness, not really go for the gaining strength thing.

Its not my theory its Bigger’s.

So yeah Bigger says: “Gain inches not millimetres, smoke 20 a day.”

For some reason I’m getting every cold going at the moment but I’m not PE’ing so I can’t tell you whether that in itself has a positive effect.

Were any of the conflicting opinions mine? I do have a nasty habit of running the gamut of all available opinions.
